The Bluff Savannah Historic, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The pillows are so comfy and the towels so good too. Thanks for the small bag gift!!!! I enjoy the brand of shampoo and conditioner. I love it 🥰

Location was a bit out of the way, kind of on the wrong side of MLK blvd. Luckily, the trolley service they offer was accommodating (unfortunately it does not start running until 2pm everyday, which limited its use). It dropped us off and picked us up from our dinner at Vic’s on the River, which was a highlight of our experience (it is hot right now). Room had high ceilings and was elegantly decorated. I enjoyed the reading nook, very comfortable. This hotel felt slightly dressed up from a normal hotel. I don’t agree with the branding of calling this a “tapestry collection” hotel. It’s very basic for a label that sounds luxurious.

Negatives:The pillows were aweful. Flattened out completely. I prefer foam. The remote was difficult to use in the dark. Positives: the room was spacious & well appointed. Loved having a makeup mirror in the bathroom. Love having a coffee maker & the coffee brand was good. Love having the complimentary shuttle. We were close enough to the riverside shops to walk there.

The hotel was comfortable but needs some maintenance attention. There were a couple of holes in the wall in our room and the elevator could be fixed up. The common areas were very nice. The location is good, although the adjacent housing complex across Bay St is a concern. The golf cart shuttle was a great touch. The driver was awesome and the most friendly employee at the hotel. The bartender was terrible (night of 7/24) and resulted in us having our night cap at the Hyatt instead of doing so at our hotel.
