Overcharged for the services. Not worth the $372+. Smells alot like **** when you walk in. Also, breakfast is horrible!! You get a high calorie muffin, packaged oatmeal, and coffee. Room has a weird smell.  We didin't find no weird insects. But the place looks like somewhere the homeless stay... Lots of smokers. Don't reccomend if your not in a budget.

The first complaint that I have is that there are deceptive practices of overcharging in a way to get more money from you. When I first book this room through the extended perks I paid my rent accordingly and then when I mentioned that I was a small company I was assured that I would have someone from corporate set up a contract for me. I had an extended stay through August 31st when my apartment will be ready. The person at corporate emailed me a contract and asked me if the rates were acceptable outlining every single charge. I budgeted it out and broke down the weekly charge that I should pay every single week and I paid accordingly on sunday. However the desk clerk could not find my corporate rates uploaded into their system and had to manually input the amount of my daily rate in order for me to pay. I have receipts of those amounts that I paid for the week I thought this was kind of strange because they informed me that management needed to go ahead and have it updated in the system which was not done for 3 weeks in a row. I received the phone call yesterday on April 1st after I paid my weekly negotiated rate 3 days before on sunday. I was told to stop by the front desk as soon as I finished work. I nearly suffered a panic attack when the front desk clerk told me that I needed to pay over an additional $500 in order to renew my room key after I paid them $470 3 days before. None of this was in the original contract I did not receive any negotiation or increase of rate or anything. I waited 3 hours for the manager to come back to the property just so she can look into the computer and give me a whole bunch of double talk and gobbledygook as to why they want to charge this additional money and actually threaten me and told me that I had to pay a week in advance which means 2 weeks additional had to be paid on top of the money I paid 3 days before. My contract was received from corporate and writing I received no notification in writing of any increases I have a business and I have to pay according to what I received in writing from the vendor. When I decided that I was going to refuse and leave then the manager decides that she wanted to negotiate with me paying this extra money by giving me extra time. That does not solve the problem. I did not receive any written notification of any increases or whatever I am not going to pay extra money based on a phone call or what somebody tells me because that's not proper business. I also paid a $107 deposit prior to me checking in earlier in March and I just pray that this money is returned to me and a reasonable time which should be within 7 days as they stated. I contacted my bank and alerted to them that the only transaction I should receive is a credit of a refund from this particular location and to reject any unauthorized transactions. This serves as a lesson to me because due to the location I wanted to try another extended stay brand and I should have stuck with the brand that I was used

The staff at Extended Stay were extremely kind and welcoming. The room had a few repairs that needed to be made, but nothing that changed our opinions on the hotel itself. The location was great, and if you're wanting to do things downtown, this is the perfect location. I would highly recommend.

When we arrived, people were smoking outside the front doors, so we entered through a cloud of smoke. The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. But I was told I would receive a receipt by email from ********** and never received anything. As we got off the elevator, we had to step over someone passed out drunk and snoring, the beer can just a few inches from his hand. The room did not match the online pictures. The dresser drawer looked chewed. The floors were very dirty. And one of the soap packages was open, wet, and missing soap. The outlets on the same wall as the TV all sparked when I tried to plug in my laptop.

rooms great... staff can be a nuisance on calling your phone if you pay daily, regarding check in on a room you paid for on the night befor.Yes, they will still interupt you when all info is on their computer about you paid up & wanting to stay in same room, but wont check you back in automatically, real bummer...

I stayed at this hotel for a business plan and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Staff was professional, responsive, and clearly attentive to operations and guest needs. My room was consistently clean, and the overall environment felt organized and well managed. The Midtown location is convenient, and the in-room kitchenette was a huge plus. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other business travelers looking for a reliable and comfortable option in Savannah.

I stayed at Extended Stay America Savannah Midtown for business and had a very positive experience. As someone who travels frequently for work, cleanliness and consistency are extremely important to me, and this property delivered on both. My room was clean, quiet, and well maintained throughout the stay. Housekeeping standards were clearly a priority, and the common areas were also kept orderly. The management team stood out as professional, attentive, and visible. Any questions or needs were addressed promptly and respectfully, which made a real difference during a busy work schedule. The Midtown location is convenient for getting around Savannah, and the in-room kitchenette was especially helpful for an extended business stay. Overall, this was a dependable, comfortable hotel with strong management and solid cleanliness standards. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to other business travelers.

Pure filth!!!!! For $130 for 1 night please look at the pics and see what I got. This should be a $50 night hotel and that's being generous!!

I had had a pretty decent experience at an ESA location in Florida so I booked this place for a stopover in Savannah. It was filthy and there were what appeared to be drug dealers hanging out in the parking lot. I cancelled my reservation immediately. They quickly charged my credit care for a full night and now refuse to refund it claiming some B.S. about having to cancel within 24 hours of making the res. Beware. Stay away. A very poor reflection on the great city of Savannah.
