The best thing about this Inn is its location. The breakfast was poor and food items ran out, not enough for all guests and were not replenished. The cut off time of 9am for breakfast is also ridiculous. In my 6 night stay here, the room was never serviced. The trash can under the kitchen sink was full when I moved in and there were unwashed dishes and cutlery in the dishwasher. After a couple of days I asked the lady at the front desk to organise the cleaning of the room and mentioned the full trash can, but nothing happened. I will never stay at a Marriott Inn again.

Elevator broken ( and seemed to have been for weeks based on other reviews) and we were on4th floor because we are Marriott Titanium Elite. Thanks for the upgraded room so we could climb four flights 2-3 times a day. Breakfast was good but not enough food for busy place. Staff was nice but housekeeping missing details. Lobby is nice,parking expensive ($35/day) and only valet. Good location walkable to main town.

I found the rooms to be very accommodating, spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not my favorite. The breakfasts were filling and displayed a variety of choices.

Our room was a great size, and we enjoyed the walk to downtown. Parking was easily accessible on the street. The staff was very kind, and the lobby was clean. The elevators were broken, though

Elevator not working! Rooms not ready even at 6pm! Several others awaiting rooms and staff had no idea when rooms be ready. Front desk Staff didn't offer any options just that they are short staffed! Don't stay here. Cancelled our stay and we were left finding another hotel at last minute. Very happy as a long time Mariott member.

First, the location is wonderful so that bumped it up in the rating. Also, the valet staff are super friendly and helpful. This building is old, but not in the historic beautiful way. It looks like someone remodeled in the 70s and it hasn’t been touched since. The bathtub was stained and was really gross. The pullout couch mattress could probably use a cleaning. Most important, the elevator was broken, so if you are traveling with a lot of luggage or people with disabilities, this is a challenge. Wish they would have alerted us before check in at 1am with no other options.
