From check-in, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, we got to our room and the sink would not drain and there were not enough towels for all of us. On our way out for the evening we told the front desk about this and they said they would take care of the problems, but then we came back many hours later and nothing was resolved, all night the sink would not drain, it was disgusting with all of the water just sitting there while trying to brush your teeth, And we had the ration towels since they would not bring any more

Excellent stay. The Hotel is very clean and well taken care of. Staff was very helpful and friendly and the bed and pillows comfortable. This Hotel is only minutes walk to both the riverside and Franklin Square where there are a bunch of shops and restaurants. Excellent location.

Where to start. Its under remodel and thats fine but then half of the parking lot is tied up with construction bins and storage do not rent out all off the rooms. Coming on on Friday and Saturday nights there was no parking. But worse was when the desk person told us it was ok to park next door at the chiropractors office as its closed. Only to find out the next evening that we would get towed. The doorknob did not work, the manager came up and said he would send a tech, no one showed. Had no hot water on three different occasions even after calling and telling them. And seriously there was only one baggage cart and if you were willing to wait, it may show up in the lobby. Hiltons response was to refund a whopping $75 on an $850+ bill

Nail in my tire
They were doing construction. We got a nail in our tire in the parking lot. There was not parking when we arrived. We parked next door. The front desk was accommodating as. We needed to check out late because of having to go by a new tire to get home.
