Greatest location ever!! Close to everything, lots of restaurants. Can walk to everything. Our favorite place to stay in Savannah, GA. Rooms are big with all you need for your stay. Clean and very upscale hotel. Staff is always helpful with suggestions and in the know about what is going on in the area.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had regarding my attendance at a scheduled presentation. Unfortunately, due to a death in the family of the individual who was supposed to accompany me, I was unable to reschedule my attendance without incurring a fee of $99. Upon inquiring about the possibility of attending the presentation alone, I was assured that this could be accommodated. However, after driving three hours to the event, I was informed that I could not stay without my companion present. I explained the emergency circumstances that led to my situation, and it was disheartening to be sent away despite the previous assurances I received. This experience raises concerns about the customer service policies in place to handle emergencies, as it seems there is no clause to accommodate such situations. I believe that having such a policy would greatly enhance customer satisfaction and trust. I kindly request that you review my case and consider providing some form of compensation or refund, given the circumstances. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to hear from you soon.

What a scam, all the way around. Entice you with one night free stay (and of course they don't tell you about all the exuberant taxes and fees - you have to read ALL the fine print and there's A LOT probably on purpose) and try and get you to buy into their "condo's" for proper vacations citing that you can go anywhere you want etc etc. They couldn't answer my "locked in" question at all because you will be very locked in, with terrible fees every which way you turn on top of way over priced time shares. It's absolutely astounding at how places like this can get away with it.

We loved this resort and being in Savannah for the first time. The unit was nice, bed was comfy, quiet and beautifully decorated. Close to all the attractions, restaurants and a grocery store all within walking distance. They include valet service but the parking is expensive.

I regret to inform you that I recently encountered some challenges while dealing with the Savannah location. Upon entering the property on 10-15-23 I was greeted by Mandy(front desk rep) who had an attitude from the very beginning. I said Good Afternoon gave her my name and told her I was at the property to use the Owner's lounge. She told me she did not see any notes for me having access to the owners lounge. I explained I was just at the property on Tuesday in the owners lounge and was told I would be to access the lounge again on Sunday. I explained to her my guests was on the way and we needed to try and resolve this situation. I explained to her upon becoming an owner I was told that we have a variety of properties that owners can use for parties and events. I asked did we have one in Savannah because I am a photographer and I love using a variety of locations. I was told yes we do, you just always have to call and make sure that availability is available. Mandy told me that was a lie and that Bluegreen lies just to get owners to join. Mandy then proceeded to tell me that I was lied to, but she will go ahead and let me use the lounge for an hour. As my guests arrived Mandy came up to the owners lounge and asked me to give Ryan (General Manager) a call because we are not allowed to use the owners lounge. Ryan came to the lounge with an attitude explaining to me that as an owner I do not have access to the property. I tried to explain to him what I was told at my owners review, but he seems like he could care less. I was told to leave or he would call the police on me. My guest was a 16 year old minor. This was beyond embarrassing to me as well as it should be to Bluegreens. Ebony(Presentation Sales Rep) explained to me that I did not do anything wrong but follow directions from what I was told. She said she could not believe they were treating an owner this way. I understand that no business is immune to occasional hiccups, and I hope this letter serves as constructive feedback to help your company improve its service. I trust that you take customer feedback seriously and will take the necessary steps to address the issues I have raised.

This property is close to most everything one would want to experience and visit in historic Savannah. The units are decently appointed with comfortable beds, good kitchens and nice bathrooms. Internet service is at times spotty, and wifi is not strong in some areas of the units. There is a small roof top sitting area with a fire pit. The staff are welcoming and seek to be helpful. Parking is costly. For someone wanting to explore Savannah, this is the place to stay, but knowing there are limited amenities.

I was a little worried because they mentioned no gym and restaurants but a roof top view - but once I got into the room I was home away from home - to be able to look from my windows at buildings and restaurants I was truly impressed- the room is really nice and comfortable- it is the Bluegreen style - they are in the center of everything within walking distance

We stayed in a comfortable one-bedroom with a balcony. The room is spacious for two people with a kitchen, breakfast bar, living and queen-sized bed. Our room faced West Bryan Street, and we could see Ellis Square, an obstructed view. The valet service was convenient for dropping off and retrieving your car. Studio Homes are like some other Bluegreen Resorts, where you must go up an elevator or stairs to the concierge desk. The kitchen is well stocked, and you can prepare most meals in the room without any problems. We requested an item from the front desk, and they brought it to our door within minutes. The water pressure in the shower is good. The only complaint is the light switches in the bathroom are located in an awkward place, in my opinion. The bed was comfortable, but my wife and I agreed that the pillows were terrible. We do not like the same type of pillow, but usually, one of us wins. Not here. You are close to the action of the historical parts of Savannah. There are many retail spaces, bars, and restaurants within easy walking distance of River Road and around Ellis Square. You are about three blocks north of Broughton Street. There is no fitness center, but I found a good place called Fitness on Broughton.

We enjoyed our visit to the Savannah area and the Bluegreen at Ellis Square hotel. The location is great and in walking distance to many restaurants, shops and attractions. The rooms were modern, clean and accommodating for our family gathering. The 7th floor includes complementary coffee, tea and hot chocolate as well as rooftop access with nice views of the city including seating and a fire pit. The staff was amazing, everyone we interacted with was so pleasant and helpful exhibiting true southern hospitality.
