Perry Lane Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Savannah

My wife and I, and our little Boston Terrier have been here multiple times over the years. We keep coming back for a reason. We love the hotel, the location, the decor, and in particular the staff. Everyone is very welcoming, personable and always willing to help out with any requests. We checked in most recently with Precious at the front desk and she is just wonderful. She was super helpful and nice when we checked in and remembered our names throughout the stay, and made the stay that much more enjoyable with her kind personality and attention. The valet staff were helpful as well, and Rory was super enjoyable to talk to helping check in with our things. We will be coming back again soon and look forward to it as always!

You must try the food at the Emporium, which is the Hotels restaurant. Carley was an EXCELLENT server who walked us through the menu and had great recommendations. My favorite was the escargot and the baked brie. I would definitely recommend this place and we will be back. Also, the valet staff was so nice and did a good job as well.

I think this has been the best Marriott stay of the year. I was mesmerized by how nice, comfortable, and friendly the entire hotel is. Staff was the best I have experienced. The gym was immaculate. The room was stunning. The pool was perfect. And the breakfast...omg, take me back already!!!

Currently staying at this hotel. As Ambassador Elite member having stayed at many Luxury Collection properties all over the world, I have to say this one is below average at best. Breakfast is a $20 voucher in a restaurant that offers poor service, an overpriced menu and mediocre food. Check-in is a bit of a nightmare as they are very understaffed. They’ll tout the limo service and champagne, but you’ll wait in line for 20 minutes to get someone’s attention. The housekeeping staff cleared every glass in our room and we had to call (and tip) someone to bring us replacements. We requested turn down service twice, which they agreed to provide-unfortunately not an option at this hotel. Very poorly run property for a Luxury Collection. Ambassador Elite really starting to lose its value.

Exceptional in every way! Warm welcome to fond farewell, the Perry Lane team is the epitome of thoughtful guest experience. Ideal location, complimentary waters, coffee daily, pool is chic and fun, rooms are well appointed, property is lovely, bicycles complimentary, stellar restaurant and housekeeping services teams. This is our second visit for anniversary sneak away. Both visits memorable. This visit our housekeeper noticed water in ice bucket and refilled to keep our champagne chilled ~ so thoughtful and appreciated surprise. The pool team surprised guests with mimosas delivery and ice cream sandwiches too…Love this spot! Car service is exceptional too!

We just got back from the best girls trip ever to Savannah, and staying at the Perry Lane Hotel made it absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel like family. Randy was spot-on with all of his recommendations—every restaurant, cocktail bar, and tour he suggested was exactly what we were hoping for. He helped us book everything seamlessly, which made planning so easy. Precious, Carter, Robert, Eric (aka Brooklyn Shorty!), and Sabia were all incredible. They welcomed us with so much warmth and genuine kindness every single day. Whether it was sharing a local tip, making sure we had everything we needed, or just greeting us with a smile, they made the entire experience feel special. We truly can’t say enough great things about this team. Their hospitality, attention to detail, and wonderful personalities set the tone for an amazing trip. Thank you all for helping create memories we’ll never forget! We can’t wait to come back.
