Struttura veramente bella in posizione appartata ma comunque nel centro paese zona ztl, personale gentilissimo e cordiale, camera un po' piccola quelle standard senza balcone e sotto la raccolta spazzatura quindi la mattina alle sei il camion passava regolarmente per il ritiro facendoci svegliare ma non dava poi molto fastidio vista montagne perfetta. Si cade solo un po' sulla ristorazione: prodotti non di grande qualità, molta scelta ma mai cose del territorio, cucina internazionale quindi mai polenta per esempio, la colazione standard senza marmellate locali ma bensì confezionate da supermercato, ecco il mio suggerimento è di migliorare questo fondamentale aspetto che farebbe il salto di qualità, meno scelta ma più Territoriale possibile perché le persone vengono in vacanza per poter assaggiare i prodotti del posto. Per il resto i miei complimenti.

Hotel très basique, chambres vieillottes, repas de piètre qualité (quoi qu'en disent certains) aucune référence à la cuisine italienne, du surgelé bas de gamme (c'est précisé sur le menu), service désinvolte qui attend que tout le monde finisse au plus vite ! Erreur de 60 € sur la note finale..rectifiée. On peut choisir mieux ...

Really nice family run hotel. Looked after well by friendly staff, bar area was homely with sofa and fires. Food excellent, even catered for gluten free. Good value for money. Close to the centre and 5 mins walk to ski bus. Excellent would return

Returning guests and still as we remember. Fantastic hosts. Fantastic room. 501. With ground floor separate access and balcony. Staff are super friendly, very clean and tidy. Can't wait for 2026. Drinks are reasonably priced and competitive against bars in the town. Very cosy, worth staying in after evening meal. Food at breakfast and evening dinner, excellent. Large range of choice. This hotel is very popular during the ski season and is due for a refurbishment prior to summer season. If you book, you will not be disappointed.

We have just come back from a week in Sauze and stayed at the Gran Baita. It is a quiet hotel just out the way from the main square (and noise!) but only a few minutes walk - perfect for getting a good nights sleep. Shower was always warm and the bathroom was a good size. We didn't take advantage of the dinner as we ate out every night with our group however, the menu looked good and breakfast was great for us each day. The walk from the tourist drop off point to the hotel is not too bad and I would definitely recommend paying for the shuttle bus pass if going to Sportinia lift. We walked on the first day and learned our lesson! First time in Sauze - will definitely go back in the future and would be sure to book the Gran Baita again.

The hotel and staff were excellent and gave a wonderful service during our trip - it may not be the newest of hotels but that is more than made up for in the cleanliness and the great service. For a weeks skiing it became our 'home from home' and the catering team should be applauded for the quality of their food. The rooms kept spotless.

Fantastic family run hotel with a real family feel. The rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean, with a large bathroom. Staff were friendly, hard working and very personable. We celebrated a birthday whilst away and the staff made a special effort. Food was fresh, plentiful with a lot of choice. The town has a great feel with about a 10 minute walk to the piste. Plenty of bars and cafes to cater for all tastes. Would highly recommend

This hotel is ideally situated to the town of Sauze and the Clotes lift (10 min walk). Amazing feel to the hotel with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Half board food was superb with plenty of choice and without repetition (evening meal). Staff were awesome and couldn’t do enough for us. Rooms are big with large balcony and hot tub style bath. Rooms have euro and English plug/power sockets. Highly recommended.
