Partiamo dalle cose positive, che sono molte. Struttura ben tenuta (soprattutto all'interno), vista stupenda (prendendo le camere verso le montagne), camere confortevoli, personale molto gentile, spa ben attrezzata e non affollata, cena eccellente (abbiamo preso la mezza pensione), servizio bar disponibile fino alle 24. Non è a buon mercato (conto finale sugli 800 € per un pernottamento al sabato con però incluso anche due massaggi e la colazione) ma il prezzo era già noto al momento della prenotazione, nessuna sorpresa quindi) Unica "caduta di stile" (secondo me), la colazione a pagamento, che per un albergo di questo livello stona un po' (di solito è inclusa) Esperienza positiva, comunque

I was surprised that even though I booked a 100 euro treatment I was still charged 70 euros to use the spa. Firstly, the spa was dark and really cold and not at all inviting. The sauna door was broken and it kept opening on its down, not very relaxing to have to keep jumping up. There was a faulty light outside which kept coming on and off which was also not relaxing at all. Then when I went to use the steam room the smell was so bad in there it wasn’t possible to use it, it smelled like rotten cabbage. Going to the hot tub outside, there was no seat to sit in it, it was just a round pool with two pipes, piping out water really fast. It was the same with the indoor jacuzzi, really cheaply done. Then to the massage. I travel frequently for work and 100 euros is a lot for just 50 minutes but I didn’t even get 50 minutes, it was cut short to just 40 minutes. When I walked out of the room and shut the door behind me, the wooden door was dirty with something sticky. The showers in the changing room were like what you would find in a 2 star budget hotel. I did email asking to feedback my experience to management but it’s clear they really don’t care. My 8 friends were all interested in also getting massages but they were put off by the 70 euros charge on top to use what was a run down spa desperately in need of renovation. I am very disappointed and I left feeling that I had been ripped off.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Lovely staff especially Celeste who always welcomed us with a smile and chat every morning. John the resident singer was lovely and was happy to sing any song we wanted. Breakfasts are huge , fresh orange juice, smoked ham and cheese platter, cooked breakfast on request. Evening meal was 3 courses , was good but not enough choice if your not a fish or meat eater. Visited the spa a few times which was very relaxing , treatments expensive €100 stone massage but good. Rooms small for two I had double on my own which was fine. Great location easy to walk to restaurant and bars. Overall loved the hotel great bar , dining area , reception, staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms just need a update. Free transport to ski lifts a short drive.

Trascorso un week end rilassante e piacevole, personale molto accogliente e gentile, ottimo il ristorante con piatti interessanti e vino eccellente. Posizione centrale a pochi passi dal centro, comodo parcheggio. lo consiglio vivamente.

Posto meraviglioso da vivere sia in estate che in inverno, molto pulito, personale gentilissimo e cibo al di sopra della media. Ci siamo stati sia in estate che in inverno e devo dire che siamo rimasti sorpresi per la cordialita' e la competenza di tutto il personale.

The few days spent in this place with my boyfriend, in the period between Christmas and New Year's Eve, were extremely relaxing and peaceful. The stunning mountain views provided a perfect backdrop for our stay, and the cozy atmosphere made it easy to unwind. The room was comfortable and clean. The highlight was, definitely, the spa. We enjoyed the soothing hot tubs, saunas, and relaxation areas, which were the perfect way to melt away any stress. Friendly and professional staff, really good quality food, and surprisingly, extremely good sushi. The winery was a dream, with a lot of choice and high quality. Overall, a wonderful retreat for anyone looking to recharge and enjoy some quality relaxation.

Siamo arrivati in questo albergo a causa di una disavventura, ci hanno subito accolto gentilmente , trovandoci una stanza in un periodo molto richiesto. Speravo che tutto continuasse così. Ma invece.. Io mio marito e io figlio abbiamo dormito in tre in una camera con un letto matrimoniale , un armadio e un bagno vecchio e rotto. La stanza era talmente vecchia che tipo stava segni di usura sui muri, sul pavimento, in bagno e sui mobili. Valeva 100 € a notte non 500 cifra che abbiamo pagato. Colazione a là carte, pane freddo, torte ghiacciate, marmellate scadenti e 2 ragazzi di 15 anni come camerieri. Sevizio pessimo e qualità scadente. Sono capitati due o tre episodi dove il personale è stato sgradevole e ci siamo addirittura sentiti a disagio, lo choffeaur ci ha raccontato fatti personali in merito alla gestione dell’albergo e a come veniva trattato in malo modo, tant’è che non ci siamo sentiti di usufruire del servizio . Quando mio marito ha avuto da ridire ad uno dei gestori è stato trattato in malo modo , meno male che il cliente ha sempre ragione! Ci siamo ammalati e siamo ripartiti pagando anche tutte le notti che non abbiamo fatto, non hanno avuto neanche la cortesia di proporci un buono o farci uno sconto sulle notti non fatte. Dovrebbero levargli le stelle che non meritato , è un posto vecchio, sporco con qualità del cibo scadente e con un modo di avere a che fare con i clienti pessimo.

Siamo stati presso la struttura solo per la SPA, quindi non possiamo valutare anche le camere e gli altri servizi offerti. Per quanto riguarda la Spa invece, una vera e propria delusione: Sala principale fredda, sia l’ambiente sia la piscina (22 gradi scarsi). In generale ambiente poco pulito, con acqua delle piscine sporca con residui degli ospiti precedenti e una piscina esterna non utilizzabile. Ho fatto un massaggio e anche lì la stanza era troppo fredda, l’ho segnalato e non è stato fatto nulla in merito. Mi sono fatta il massaggio con la pelle d’oca. Dulcis in fundo, doccia finale negli spogliatoi fredda. Una volta usciti abbiamo segnalato questi disguido ma la pronta risposta del gestore è stata “l’asl ci impone di tenere temperature così basse” (dubito fortemente). Per offrire un servizio del genere tanto vale non offrirlo del tutto. Altamente sconsigliato
