Nulla da eccepire sui piatti, ottima materia prima, buono il servizio, la nota dolente a mio avviso sono i prezzi di coperto (5 euro a.peraona) acqua (5 euro a.bottiglia) e un "normale" calice di Nebbiolo d'Alba a 12 euro...mi sembra francamente troppo... per cui soddisfatto a metà

giunti sul posto la percezione è quella di trovarsi fuori dal contesto ordinario per godersi un pò di relax, ma il personale in loco ti fa passare completamente la voglia. siamo stati accolti da una signora che di buono aveva solo la presenza, molto scortese e scontrosa. rimproverava - di fronte a noi - una sua collega straniera. si è allontanata senza nemmeno chiedere cosa volessimo ordinare. abbiamo solo sentito urlare e bestemmiare. persone che si accusavano l'un l'altro di aver bevuto (erano le 10 del mattino) così abbiamo preso un solo caffè e siamo scappati.

Impossibile trovare un difetto. Location strepitosa, uno chalet di altri tempi, camere meravigliose, zona pranzo calda ed accogliente, il salone san Giorgio impossibile da descrivere per i troppi, splendidi particolari. Personale gentile e sorridente, da Laura alla reception, al Maitre Massimo, terminando con lo chef Carlo, punta di diamante di una squadra affiatata. Una fondue con raclette, toma e fontina, scamone morbidissimo e delucato, una torta della nonna destrutturata con dragees di mandorle. Bollicine di qualità e tanta, tanta simpatia e professionalità. Torneremo sicuramente.

Terrible place to stay. Staff are all over the place and rude. After a week stay I was delighted to get out of the place. Not worth the money at all. The skidoo is a nightmare for getting up and down to the town. They only take you down when they feel like it.

Geweldig!!!! De service, het eten de wijn verbluffend! De 4 sterren meer dan waard. Michelin terecht toegekend. Het uitzicht op het gebergte, wat een aanrader in 1 woord fenomenaal. Ik moet 209 woorden schrijven maar ga er naar toe je gaat er geen spijt van krijgen. Sterker nog je wilt dit niet missen. Wat een ervaring. Bedankt!!

We loved our few days at I Il Capricorno. The building and rooms are interesting and well decorated with a collection of local alpine furniture and objects as well as original works of art and fun slightly kitsch ceramics. The bathrooms had modern fittings and everything worked well- good pressure and lots of hot water. The linens were crisp and white and the rooms were cleaned and looked after very well. The lounge was welcoming and beautifully decorated with more lovely antique furniture, objects and paintings. The restaurant food was fabulous wether it was diner or the amazing breakfast. A magical and charming place hidden away but made even more special by the wonderful, friendly and dedicated team of staff.

Location top, servizio pessimo. Ragazzo troppo giovani e impreparati al livello che il ristorante paventa. Con i prezzi proposti tutto dovrebbe essere all altezza, ma non è così. Come sempre in val di Susa un “vorrei ma non posso”. Peccato perché era una perla. Ne resta solo la conchiglia.

Fantastic view! Sun is warming terrace nicely. Massimo was wonderful and warm host! A true Italian gentleman. One of the best bear I have ever drank! Hot chocolate was very aswell, traditionally made from real chocolate. One of the best moment in my holiday!

We booked a whole week at this chalet for a ski trip and we couldn’t be happier. It is the perfect ski in ski out scenario, located right in the middle of the slopes. The ski lockers are heated so our equipment was nice and dry (and warm) every day! The food was amazing, the chef is absolutely incredible! The whole staff was impecable and super helpful all the time. We loved our stay and we will definitely come back in the future!!
