Nous avons passé an excellent séjour! The apartment is very old, hyper-proper, well-decorated and very pleasant. The balcony is spacieux and bien orienté, the pool and the garden are apprèciable après la journée de randonnée. The bikes and the barbecue are a plus. Enfin, les hotes sont aux petits soins, tout en restant discrets et les petits déjeuners sont formidables et copieux! Nous reviendrons with pleasure and recommandons les yeux fermés. We had a great stay! The apartment is very well laid out, super clean, tastefully decorated and very pleasant. The balcony is spacious and well-facing, and the pool and garden are highly recommended after a day of hiking. The bikes and barbecue are a plus. The hosts are very attentive and discreet, and the breakfast is excellent and plentiful! We would happily return and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Great modern clean, maintained and furnished apartment with grill gas and nice balcony with amazing view to the Tirol mountains. great location, close to main road so we could visit in many areas with max 1 hour driving and also very closed (2 min driving) to area 47. great friendly and helpful landlords. The only 2 small thing we could add are oven and laundry dryer. however this are small things and we had great time at the Alpine residence Otztal - we highly recommend and we will defiantly return!

Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub 2022 in der Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss des Hauses verbracht. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar modern, geschmackvoll und sehr umfassend (Kaffeevollautomat! Gasgrill!...) eingerichtet, zudem ist sie sehr geräumig. Mit dem Garten, der Terrasse und dem großen Pool, den beide Wohnungen nutzen können, hatten wir einen tollen Ort, um nach den Tagesausflügen - mit Bergpanorama! - abzukühlen. Der Frühstücksservice ist klasse und die Gastgeber sind herzlich, interessiert und haben uns immer gute Tipps gegeben für Restaurants, Ausflüge und alles, was wir gerne wissen wollten. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung am Eingang des Ötztales ist zudem spitze für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen! Wir haben unsere zwei Wochen hier sehr genossen - vielen lieben Dank, Familie Kneisl, für Ihre Gastfreundschaft!

Sehr saubere Zimmer alles sehr gepflegt. Sehr schöner Pool im Garten und ein eigener Gasgrill . Sehr schöner Balkon. Tolle Lage für viele Ausflugsziele. Sehr nette Hausherren immer zuvorkommend und freundlich.
