This is a beautiful boutique hotel on the banks of the river Loire. A 5 minute walk from the town and restaurants. The hotel rooms were luxury and we had a view of the chateau which was mesmerising - especially when lit up at night. The pool area was small but perfect for a cool dip in the heat and cleverly secluded so felt very private. The staff were attentive and super helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with great choices and there is a courtyard to sit and have a glass of wine at the end of a busy day. There is an ambience at this hotel which makes you feel comfortable and relaxed.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. From reservation until departure, the hotel staff have all been kind, proactive and helpful without exception. The quality of service was consistently high, the rooms were very pleasant, and the hotel is even more beautiful in real life than the pictures online suggest. I could go on to list all the small little details that surprised us positively, but I would encourage you to try for yourself! The only suggestion I have for the hotel: it would be nice if you had your piano tuned in the salon!

Wonderful hotel right on the banks of the Loire in Saumur. Very helpful team looked after all of our needs in advance online and when we arrived, including secure indoor parking for motorcycles, and shared rooms for 8 of us. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable, with plush bathrooms and good in room facilities. A lovely courtyard to enjoy post ride beers after a long day, and a great breakfast restaurant the next morning. Saumur too is a fabulous place - we managed to enjoy a festival for our Friday night, after dinner at a street-side restaurant. The hotel was great, and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff with beautiful bedroom accommodation and lounge rooms, wonderful breakfast. A lovely relaxed atmosphere. Reasonable price. Good location within walking distance to many restaurants .plenty of easy parking. We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to have a break away.
