Cet hôtel a un superbe emplacement (pas à proximité à pied du centre) qui offre une vue directe sur la Loire et le château. Le bar / salle de petit déjeuner est idéal. Autrement les prestations habituelles d’un Mercure. On sait positivement à quoi s’attendre !

Nous avons séjourné dans l'établissement à l'occasion d'un spectacle du cadre noir. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue sur la Loire et la décoration de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont agréables et la salle de sport propre et bien équipée. Petit déjeuner vraiment savoureux, les produits sont variés et frais (un petit bémol pour les baguettes coupées en petits morceaux et il faudrait mettre à disposition quelque chose pour pouvoir rincer les fruits avant consommation) Un séjour globalement réussi grâce à l'accueil vraiment agréable et souriant et aux nombreux équipements pratiques (parking)

A fantastic location overlooking the beautiful town of Saumur. A well appointed room with friendly, efficient staff. A fair amount of parking which is really useful also. Would recommend taking a drink on the balcony of the bar/restaurant.

We loved this place. Had paid for a river/chateau view and it was beautiful especially soon after sunrise. The king bed was very big and the separate toilet bathroom a great benefit (more hotels should have this arrangement). Easy access to the town, motorway and Loire region as a whole. Great breakfast buffet with the same river view and the outside deck was the perfect place for a pre dinner drink. Staff efficient but not “in your face”. Wonderful stay

Nice location, clean and generally ok, let down by the attitude of some of the staff particularly at night. Night staff were rude, objectionable and lazy. Any request was treated with surly distain and with one elderly member of our group, ridiculeI! I have never experienced such belligerence in hotel staff it was a disgrace. It let down other staff in this hotel who were great, but on this basis I would never come back to this hotel again.

Hôtel très bien situé au bord de la Loire (il faut prendre une chambre avec vue sur le fleuve). Petit déjeuner très bien. Les chambres sont un peu simple au vu du prix qui est un peu élevé mais cela est sûrement dû à la situation. Bon accueil et pratique le parking souterrain malgré le fait qu’il soit payant.
