The Water Tower Inn, BW Premier Collection

Room is fine but seems old fashioned , bathroom is really good and big, facilities are not enough like as basic as water bottle is not available, over priced in comparison to other hotels available nearby.

When we checked in, the luggage cart had 2 flat tires. The lady at the check in counter asked us to try to use it anyway, as they were busy and no other carts were available. Made it to the room. Struggled to fit into the doorway. Went down to the pool, a big part of why we picked this hotel. 2 of the 4 pools were working. Disappointing, but the pools that were open were nice. We were given coupons for breakfast in the morning, which was a pleasant surprise, but very limited in gluten free or vegan options , so we weren't able to use them. When we checked out at 6 am, only one luggage cart was available, the one I reported the night before for having flat tires. Seemed OK when empty, so I was hoping I was wrong and that perhaps they fixed it. I can't imagine that many people checking out so early, so I was surprised there weren't more carts. Once loaded it was clear the tires were still flat. We got stuck trying to get into the elevator. The cart didn't roll well and the elevator door started to close on us. The door didn't reopen when it felt something in the way, nor would the open door button work. We were literally stuck with the luggage cart half in and half out of while the door tried to squish it. It makes me question the safety of the elevator. Thankfully it was just the cart and luggage and not a person. We managed to get the cart free and talked to the lady at the desk. She didn't ask if we were OK or seem concerned, just wanted to help the next person in line. The room was spacious and nice but not sure I'd stay here again.

we were very disappointed that breakfast was not included with the rate.this is something our family is always looking for.

lots of great parking for boat and trailer, breakfast was good and best of all the staff advocated for me to get a full refund on a 'no changes allowed' booking through an 'on - line' booking company. Next time I will book directly with the hotel. THANK YOU Water Tower Inn.

Clean comfortable rooms. Great breakfast options - not your standard cafeteria style breakfast bar. Everything we wanted was just a short drive away.

We stay at the Water Tower regularly for business and pleasure, but this time were in the Sault for my husband's knee surgery. It was a bit of a chaotic few days and I must say that the Water Tower staff was Amazing as Usual! We were surprised to find a nice note and a few treats from the Corporate Manager, which couldn't have been timed more perfectly and was so greatly appreciated! Thanks so much Mariia :-) The location is perfect, close to all amenities including the hospital! The front desk staff was also very friendly and accommodating by providing me with a wheelchair that they let me keep overnight! Thank you Water Tower Inn! We look forward to our next stay with you in a few weeks!
