房間不大，床小。酒店的房間設計是與隔壁房間之間有個門連接，不是單獨的牆，因此隔音效果不好。預訂的時候看網上是無寵物的。到店後才發現這個酒店是允許寵物的。很多人帶着狗。有介意寵物的不要訂。餐廳就在進門廳，地方也很小。前台接待服務態度很好。衞生還可以。
這次訂酒店是通過攜程平台提前付款全款預訂的。是最最錯誤的決定。以後一定要自己查詢酒店，去酒店網站預訂。預訂的時候已經全款付款了，到了酒店竟然攜程的第三方沒有給酒店發送信用卡扣款碼，聯繫攜程後，一拖再拖，離店後好幾天都沒有付款給酒店，導致我們還要重新另外找朋友付款才辦理入住。那我還需要在他們攜程預訂幹啥。還要浪費10天的時間去溝通。本來安排好的旅遊行程就這樣被他們給耽誤了。如果我們不是自己聯繫交涉再次付費，真的要在他國露宿街頭了。想想都恐怖。差評攜程。

Went with my husband for a weekend away. Staff were great. And the hotel including our room was super clean, up to date and modern. Many close by places for a great dinner out. We recommend the Montanas on the riverfront. The bed was so cozy and fresh. We were so pleased with the great sleep we both had.

Good location, good breakfast for the price, 24hr coffee/tea available. Right next to waterfront so you can take a long walk all the way to the downtown boardwalk from here! Good and helpful front desk staff and service. Only issue is there is no elevator to the second floor, so may be an issue for seniors if you don't get room on main floor.

The Sleep inn's saving grace is its front desk staff. Their positive attitude and energy make what would be a below average hotel into one where a stay is ok. This hotel does not have a elevator so be prepared to drag you belongings upstairs. The hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade. The rooms are clean but wear and tear is apparent everywhere. Everything works in the bathroom but welcome to the 70's. The breakfast was similar to other Choice Hotels and It appears they follow the chains recommendations. The breakfast room quickly overflowed during the 7 o'clock hour as it is much to small for this size hotel. For me this hotel meets my minimum requirements but would not be my first choice.

Stayed here on a trip to take the Agawa Canyon Train. Nice room, basics all there and you could get a fruit cup at breakfast, plus oranges and apples at the front desk. Cooked stuff limited (sausage and egg thing) but you could put together a good breakfast. What really set this place apart for us, though, was the service. We flew in, so had no car and planned to walk up to the train in the morning. Problem: it was raining heavily and even with rain jackets, we would not be comfy. No problem, call a cab -- if we could wait until 9am (train leaves at 8) due to the student load at that time. A staff member (Hayleigh!!) had an idea and solved our issue. She contacted the night shift fellow, who had just left and asked if he would mind coming back to get us up there. He did and drove us right to the door for the train! Incredible service that nobody had to do, but a very decent response to our issue. Staff were always helpful and friendly and it really made this visit special!

Exceptional customer service by both Ashley Skorich and Kelly Walker. We found both the hotel, grounds and rooms to be immaculate. The staff overall was awesome, friendly, and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay while Sault Ste. Marie, in Ontario, you will not be disappointed.

Overnight stay traveling! Coming From USA traveling to niethern canada for a fushing trip. Stopped for the night. Hotel was ver clean, neat. Room was very nice, clean and well kept. Breakfast was good.Staff very pleasant. Definitly would stay again.

The location was good for our Sault Ste Marie visit. Close to the locks, waterfront, restaurants and shopping. Easy drive to the border to cross into USA in the morning. We had a king bed which was comfortable. Fridge and microwave. The tv was a little small but adequate. It wasn’t working at first but staff came right away to fix it. Just needed a setting change. Great shower (shower stall) with lots of hot water and big/fluffy towels. Breakfast was very good with cheese omelette, sausages, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, waffles and the usual breads, cereal and muffins. Only downside is no elevator which makes it tougher when taking suitcase upstairs to the 2nd floor.
