Super 8 by Wyndham Sault Ste. Marie

My family & I stay here at least 1-3 times a year. Hotel is always clean with friendly staff that are very attentive. We travel several times a year & this is by far our favorite motel. The fact they have a few businesses suites that allow kids to sleep on hide a bed while we chill in our connected room makes it an easy choice for us. Can’t wait to be back

It’s been many decades since I was in a Super 8. I was surprised at the approximate $225CA / night plus tax. It was a Friday night. The room was ok though a bit small. There were almost no amenities like toothbrush, comb, etc. Maybe one has to ask for them at the desk? My biggest issue was the poor breakfast. They did have some hard boiled eggs but most of the food was just not that nutritious. There was some instant oatmeal too. In my opinion, for $225 the hotel could give much more value with amenities for the bathroom and a better selection of healthy breakfast foods. Great customer service, very clean friendly workers, safe and great value. Has a, pool was nice and clean, nice size jacozy. It was very warm and comfortable. Great continental breakfast. And easy, check-in and check out. I would definitely book another room there.

Great stop on a road trip. Was easier to stay out of "downtown" and really only about 5 minutes away or so from the Locks. Staff was friendly. Breakfast area is small, but the breakfast was delicious. Rooms are tight, but do the trick for an overnight stay.

Very good value, nice comfortable and very clean rooms. Super friendly staff, and extremely attentive. Always felt welcome and appreciated! Hope to back one day and wouldn't consider staying elsewhere. Very convenient to USCG Sector Sault Sainte Marie, now Sector Northern Great Lakes.

It is a nice motel. We stayed two nights. Staff was friendly. Location was near restaurants. It was away from downtown, which it the big attraction in Sault Ste. Marie. Room was clean. motel has indoor pool. Continental breakfast was serviced until 10AM. It had sausage, eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy.

Great place to stay, clean, quiet, comfortable. Mariss was genuine and she was very helpful and friendly. Thanks Mariss. The location is perfect at a walking distance to restaurants. Great value price ratio. We will be back again! Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Sault St. Marie

They serve a full breakfast bar not just coffee and donuts. They have a pool too. I stayed in room 101 and I think all of the plumbing for the building exited here because there was a constant rushing water sound most of the night, not really loud but obvious. I found it very relaxing. Everything in the room worked and there was a fridge too. It is a little hard to find, it's just north of the traffic circle and the drive way to the motel is rutted gravel but the parking lot is all paved.

Management was rude and unprofessional. No pillows. Fridge made a horrible noise. Room was dirty. Property was unkempt
