Stayed one night while on a tour (room booked by tour agenxy). Well located in the center of Sault. Very old building, only partially renovated: no elevator and very narrow staircases. The room had no A/C or fans, even though the temperature gets well into the 30's °C in summer. Keeping the windows open is not an option because of the bugs, as there are no screens. Very small room with little walking space around the bed. Retractable desk area, no chairs, only a couple of stools. Sufficient number of power outlets. Comfortable bed, however the bedding consisted only of a bottom sheet and a duvet/comforter, which was obviously too warm; no top sheet. Uncomfortable clumpy pillows. Bathroom with small shower cabin without any shelf space. Hot water with good water pressure. No toiletries provided other than hand soap near the sink. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. No electric kettle, mini-fridge or safe. Good wifi. Breakfast in a separate building: mediocre buffet with limited selection, watery coffee was undrinkable. Overall grossly overpriced for the value provided.

Für eine Nacht: okay. Für mehrere Nächte: schwierig (wir waren 4 Nächte dort) Warum? Weil das Zimmer für 2 sehr klein ist (obwohl wir schon das größte gebucht hatten), weil der Weg zwei Stockwerke hinauf in sehr engen steilen Treppen mit Gepäck anstrengend ist, weil das Bad (Dusche, Waschbecken, WC) zwar ein kleines Fenster hat, man das aber nicht öffnen kann ... ;-) Das Frühstück ist zwei Häuser weiter über Treppe von Restaurant in den Keller dort zu erreichen - aber dann mit kleinem Vorgarten, wo man auch sitzen kann. Für € 9.50 ist die Auswahl vermutlich heutzutage okay. Aber positiv: man ist mit wenigen Schritten im Städtchen! Das "Hotel" ist eher eine Art Pension in einem alten Haus; und als Radfahrerpension für 1 bis 2 Nächte okay. Übrigens: Im Hotel gibt es keine Rezeption; man muss über die Straße in das 2. oder 3. Haus ins Restaurant (falls jemand da ist)

Hotel piccolo ma confortevole e comodo. Camera e bagno puliti. Titolare molto gentile e simpatica. Da tenere in considerazione per futuri weekend in questa bellissima zona della Francia. La reception si trova nel ristorante vicino dove si mangia molto bene.

chambre petite, mal insonorisée et la réception loin de l'hôtel. Trop cher pour ce que c'est! le petit déjeuné est succin et il faut traverser la place du village pour le prendre dans le restaurant. Ne partez pas en pantoufles!
