Definitely need new mattresses, but everything else was quite pleasant the staff more than made up for an outdated mattress!!

I have always travel with quality inn, no more
I was told on two occasions that there would be a cot in our room, but we called down to lobby when we got in the room and it wasn’t there. They told us they don’t have any cots. Secondly, the TV didn’t work at all and seriously, there was no incentives for $360.00 for one night.

Some things should stay at home, like bedbugs.
My first room had bed bugs.
I was accommodated with another room, which I was hesitant on even getting under the covers.
The sofa in both rooms are out of date, stained, and not fluffy.
If you just need a place to sleep then I hope you won’t have a room with bed bugs.
This is not a vacation friendly hotel.
Breakfast is good though, you get to make your own plate.

Over priced, but clean
Room key did not work at first, had to go back downstairs to have reprogrammed. Not ideal when checking in at midnight. Bathroom was very small and condensed and had to go to different floors for ice. Not a bad place for a money saver hotel, however they are charging premium rates for a sub-premium hotel

Pleasant check in
The young man who checked us in was pleasant and helpful. He recommended places to eat that were within walking distance and suggested a safe time to leave to get to the airport.
