This memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to the Hudson Valley. With 3 bedrooms, including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, this welcoming property provides ample space for you and your guests to relax and unwind. You'll find all the necessary amenities such as a hair dryer, washing machine, heating, WiFi, iron, and AC. Whether you're exploring the nearby towns of Saugerties, Hudson or Kingston or simply enjoying the fabulous outdoor dining, expansive patio, waterfront deck or pool of the house, you'll feel right at home. The house is located on a very quiet dead-end street with virtually no traffic. Launch your Kayak from the property or your boat from the public boat ramp less than 1 mile from the house. You will enjoy sitting on the floating deck drinking a glass of wine, enjoy the sunset and watch the boats and ships go by. Swim in the inground pool to cool off. Cook in the gourmet kitchen and relax in front of an 80" TV. The Catskill Mountains are easily accessible with plenty of outdoor activities from skiing, tubing and hiking. The town of Hudson is a 20-minute drive and has numerous shops and restaurants to explore. The town of Saugerties is 1.5 miles and has plenty of great restaurants to enjoy. The town of Kingston is less than 20 minutes away and has numerous fabulous restaurants and shopping as well. The town of Saugerties host HITS each year, and this property is less than 5 minutes from the HITS grounds. Enjoy watching all the barges and vessels float by the house which has expansive unobstructed views of the beautiful Hudson River. This is a great comfortable house to visit year-round. End of Summer Getaway Three adults and three children… the house and property were lovely. Pictures of home and view are very accurate. Host responded to messages quickly. We had a great stay! We would rent again:)
