First time at the Wickwood Inn. It was a wonderful experience. The gourmet breakfasts were over the top, the decor and ambience were spectacular, and I will go back in a heartbeat when given the opportunity. The staff and management team were outstanding. Rose, the general manager, made sure everything was to our full satisfaction. We normally visit five star hotels throughout the world when we travel, and this was certainly in keeping with the service and experiences we’ve had over the years. Kiddos to The Wickwood Inn !!!

Everything about the Wickwood Inn was exceptional…prime location, most friendly and welcoming staff, beautiful setting and grounds, spotlessly clean inside and out with multiple comfortable seating areas, including a delightful outdoor dining patio where, weather permitting, one may enjoy Chef Rose’s amazing breakfasts! In a nutshell, Wickwood Inn is everything a fine inn should be!

Outstanding experience start to finish! Nancy‘s help in finding us just the right room (#10) for our stay, Rose‘s friendly welcome and delicious snacks and breakfasts, and Martin’s warm and engaging hospitality set the stage for our experience with all the helpful and gracious staff. The Inn is impeccably curated with gorgeous rugs, furnishings and fixtures throughout while the grounds are calming and welcoming. We had our most restorative sleep in weeks on the divine mattress and pillows (we bought a set to take home) and enjoyed lounging in the garden, having lattes on the patio with breakfast and sipping wine on the screened in porch. The location is ideal- walking distance to everything but still quiet at night with cicadas humming in the large beautiful trees on the grounds. Such a wonderful visit! We’ll look forward to returning.

This is a special place. Yes, it's a beautiful home that's decorated at the highest level of taste, but that's not its defining trait. It's the people who work there who made us feel special. From the first person we met (Anna) to the chef (Rose) to co-owner (Martin), every interaction was just lovely. Don't go expecting the Four Seasons and a 300 room hotel with vast facilities. Wickwood isn't that, nor is it trying to be. It's a totally different and intimate experience catering to a clientele looking for exactly what it offers. I can't recommend it enough. I look forwarding to coming again next year.

Delightful property! Owners Martin and Ryan, and Chef Rose were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The inn is stunning and well-kept. Location is perfect for walking to local restaurants and is a short drive to Oval Beach. We will absolutely return! Lovely first time in Saugatuck!
