This is an adorable bed and breakfast. Really enjoyed my stay. Perfect location for walking to the shops and restaurants in Saugatuck. The rooms are pristine (I was in Potrero Hill) and have adorably eclectic decorations, which I loved. Very nice outdoor patio and screened porch, which was lovely for coffee and breakfast in the morning. Molly made delicious breakfasts each day and was a wonderful source of area information and happenings as I started my day. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Saugatuck.

Clean and friendly. Easy parking. Nice rooms. The breakfast was classic B+B. Coffee always ready in the morning. Beautiful grounds yard and neighborhood. Very close and convenient to everything that Saugatuck has to offer. We would come back again.

My wife and I stayed here while she was attending a one-day conference at the Saugatuck Arts Center, which is conveniently within walking distance of the Twin Oaks. The owner, Molly, is very clear about when and how to check in, and her communications were timely and appropriate. We knew what to expect when we arrived. Once we arrived, this was one of the best stays that we have ever enjoyed. The room was spotlessly clean, very neat, and well-appointed. Check-in was a snap, and Molly showed us through the B&B and the common areas. Breakfast is served at 9:00, and the food was most excellent. Parking is right there on-site, and spaces are clearly marked for Twin Oaks and the other places that share the parking. The place is decorated with interesting and engaging artwork, and the two resident dogs and the resident cat are a plus! A great variety of restaurants, ranging from coffee shops and pizza all the way to fine dining are within easy walking distance. We definitely will return next time we are in the area!

My father in law passed away three days before we were supposed to stay at this inn. I had influenza A and my mother was in the hospital. I called to cancel when I found out we would not be able to visit, and they charged us a $100 cancellation fee? I did not think that was fair.

An amazing experience. Highly reccomend. Molly and her doggos (and cat) were awesome. Just a pleasure to be around and talk. The property is very conveniently located next to restaurants and shops. Walkable everywhere. Definitely would and will book again.

This B & B was very nice. Lots of spaces to use besides the bedroom suite. Outdoor areas were also lovely. Great location to downtown shopping and restaurants. Owner was very helpful and friendly.

On site parking, walk to shops and restaurants and the lake, quiet, relaxing, adorable dogs on site (＜3), multiple activity options - loved mount Baldhead and oval beach hike - lovely back seating area and covered porch, Holland is so worth a visit… friendly people, very relaxed vibe (mid-October). Highly recommend.
