Good location and inexpensive
This is a high school dormitory that's converted to a hotel in the summer. The front deck person was terrific. The breakfast was so so.

Basic, clean, all we needed
No tv but we didn t miss it. Very basic in a true Nordic style, we did enjoy it and would stay again. Very clean, good parking and easy and friendly check in. Don t miss the restaurant just outside the hotel, Sauda I think it s called.

The building was actually a dorm for students, which is turned into a hotel during the summer. The furniture looks like a dorm room. The bathroom was tiny. Breakfast was average.

Loved staying in a school dormitory! Expect a smaller bathroom as such. Blackout curtains don't really help much. Ask to stay in the back side as there's a basketball court in the front. If kids are playing that bouncing ball will drive you nuts. Ample breakfast!

Cet hôtel était une résidence universitaire et rien n'a changé. Les chambres sont plutôt grandes mais équipées pour des étudiants ,avec un bureau et une salle de bains très minimaliste (lavabo minuscule) et des grands espaces de rangement (dont nous n'avons pas besoin lorsqu'on voyage).L'isolation phonique laisse à désirer. Le petit déjeuner est sommaire et si l'on déjeune après 9H il n'y a plus grand chose à manger. Bref une adresse pour les randonneurs... Il faut rentrer à l'heure de se coucher et partir tôt le lendemain... Décevant pour un hôtel!

I stayed at this hotel during a group trip. The room was spacious and clean, with a small bathroom that gets "flooded" when you take a shower. There is no hairdryer, safe, minibar or TV. The bed was comfortable. Good Wi-Fi. Dinner was nothing special. Breakfast could be improved. Friendly staff.
