The policy of the hotel regarding the parking in front of the hotel is unique worldwide. There is a employee that makes reservations for other clients and even tho you are a customer and the parking should be for all customers regardless. He even asks where are you leaving to know why you need the car. Seriously?? At first i thought it was a joke. I asked the receptionist to explain the situation and he said, quote: "first client has priority but we have reservations" 3-4 parking spots blocked. I have never in my life seen such a rude and unprofessional employee at any star rated hotel. It is my only complaint about the hotel. Food service + staff + room is good but again, PARKING IS A JOKE, JOKE, JOKE!
