整個酒店環境很好，房間整潔乾淨，服務員態度都非常熱情，靠近海邊的餐廳每樣菜味道都非常不錯，值得推薦！生日當天酒店還在房間裏小小布置了下，同時還準備了個小的蛋糕，非常的貼心！唯一的不足就是位置有點偏僻！

酒店環境很好，但交通有點不方便，早餐豐富。預訂了房間直通泳池，本來很方便，但水溫太冷，下不了水，浪費了房型。芭堤雅溫度29度左右，但泳池水溫很低，像冰水一樣，建議增加恆溫。
