Impressed from the reception department. The young ladies were lovely and welcoming. There were staff to help carry the bags. The room was clean, the housekeeper took very good care of us. The air conditioner was cold. The hotel area was clean and quiet, very suitable for relaxation. There was a spacious parking lot, right on the beach with a great atmosphere. The swimming pool was very big, the water was very clear, and it was fun to swim. There was a wide variety of breakfast food to choose from. I was not disappointed at all in choosing to stay here.

At 7:00 a.m. the cleaning service came to the floor and started slamming doors, talking VERY loudly. They knocked on my room, I got up, opened the door and there was no one there. No respect for guests who are relaxing. You can't do that. Otherwise, as a budget hotel, it's worth the money.

The room is of normal size, the towels are dirty and old, disposable slippers are not provided, there are ants, the hair dryer and shower water heater are good or bad.
The breakfast is average, the entrance is remote and inconvenient to travel.
The only advantage is for the engineering department guy, who can take the luggage, help open the door, and repair the water heater. He can do everything.

1. Room is nice and spacious.
2. Not much option for breakfast for non-Asians, consider giving American breakfast option (even if it costs a little more). Breakfast is geared toward the Chinese clientele only right now.
3. Please re-stock amenities everyday, new toothbrush and toothpaste was not given after the 1st night, this is basic hygiene.
4. Please service your aircon every 3 months, aircon was not very effective during our stay, outside ambient temperature was cold since it’s December so it was bearable and we didn’t complain.
5. Consider serving beverages at the poolside, like fresh coffee and tea. Also please consider a nice fresh coffee like Nespresso to be available (paid by Guest if you don’t want to give free).

The receptionist was nice and cute. They upgraded my room, but there were small insects on the bed and the maid didn't bring me water even though I informed them that there was no drinking water in the room and I had to go buy it myself.
