I checked in at 4 PM, and the process took a surprisingly long 30 minutes. I had booked two rooms for one night, but we immediately ran into an issue where the key cards for both rooms weren't working. We waited almost an hour for new key cards, only to be told that the original rooms had an unresolved problem. The hotel then upgraded us, but unfortunately, the key cards for the new rooms also failed to work, forcing us to wait for yet another set. All in all, this ordeal wasted nearly two hours of our valuable time, so we requested compensation from the hotel. They offered us a late check-out until 2 PM. While the room itself was okay, the overall system was a major letdown. On a positive note, the bellboy was incredibly helpful, repeatedly making trips to get the key cards replaced for us.

A very good hotel. We chose it for its beautiful, spacious grounds, diverse buffet breakfasts, three swimming pools, and beach access. The kids absolutely loved it.
The sea was good for Pattaya standards, and we swam there.
The rooms were cleaned daily, water was provided, and towels were changed upon request. There are various cafes along the shore.
On the downside, we ended up with a very noisy room. It was a family room with a garden view, located directly above the hotel's banquet hall, and every evening until 10-11 PM, there were parties with singing and loud music.
The Wi-Fi in the room was also quite weak, though it was good throughout the rest of the property.
The hotel is a 20-30 minute taxi ride from the city center, which was fine for us. We didn't find any fruit markets nearby.

Located at Jomtien Beach outside of Patta city centre, this hotel is a real refuge from the hustle bustle of Pattay, yet only a short drive away from the centre where the action is happening. The hotel is beachfront with private sea access, nice pool and garden. Stuff is nice and breakfast is good. Book a sea view room, it worth jt!

The accommodation was very clean. The breakfast selection was extensive. Approximately 95% of the guests were international visitors. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The swimming pool was peaceful and truly suitable for families. The beach was within easy walking distance. The gardens were beautifully landscaped, with plenty of trees providing pleasant shade. It was easy to find and convenient to get to by following GPS. Overall, I couldn't fault it and was quite impressed.
