Such a warm and welcoming greeting! Feels better than home to walk into the lobby and have a two kind and friendly people greet us and our pet. ❤️ And every guest who entered were treated as warmly. The room is comfortable and beds and pillows, as well. AC unit in room is a little loud, but most hotels all have the same problem

I liked the spacious and clean rooms.
the front desk was confusing upon arrival for my booking. no WiFi or television access. the business room and the gym are both very unappealing and needs to be closed for the public.

Everything was great the only complaint I have was that room service never went into the room was left all day from 7am until 9:45 pm we get into the room the room was sorry and trash wasn't taken out towels were wet we had to go to the front and get towels thanks Ms Julie for being such a great front desk and made sure we were good. Other than that hotel was awesome breakfast was delicious and hot.

Julie is great at what she does. She takes care of everyone. Hopefully management realizes what they have in her and goes above and beyond to take care of her; because that's what she does to keep her area moving forward.

Carpet was dirty in the lobby. Dead roach in the room. We were so tired we just stayed and rolled with it.

The lobby was inviting and clean. The room that we were given really ******. The walls were dirty, and the bathroom wall was cracked. The floors were dirty, and there were holes in the carpet the television nor the telephone worked. We had to move to another room, that was a suite, but it was equally just as dirty. The doors on the inside were dirty, and the carpet was past due for a cleaning.
The telephone did not work in the Alternate room either. We have to call the front desk to get assistance with the television and the remote. The furniture was also dirty and old. The arms of the furniture was heavily soiled with dirt and we did not even want to sit on the furniture. We were told that the hotel was in the mist of upgrading items in each room. If that is the case, then they should not have book rooms that were not even up to normal hotel room standards.
It was awful and I would never stay there again. Some type of concession should have been made. The Hotel Clerk thought that she was helping us by saying that she was putting us in a suite and it was equally dissatisfying and distasteful. The hotel should’ve been closed until the renovations were complete or at least the rooms that were not up to standards.
