Welcome to the Paradise Beach Club on the Atlantic Ocean! The beautiful, newly renovated and well-maintained building is as close to the beach as you can get! The large heated pool and all-glass enclosed exercise room overlook the ocean. The complex was built right next to the sea wall so that it is closer to the ocean than any other building in the County. It is perfectly situated on a beautiful quiet stretch of beach, yet very close to shopping and restaurants.
This deluxe third floor, direct oceanfront corner unit is the closest unit to the ocean in the entire building! The large balcony has a 270 degree view of the beaches to the North and South, the ocean and the pool.
Decorated beautifully with upscale taste. The fully equipped kitchen is well stocked. The dining area sits 6 people comfortably. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room with an additional TV in the master bedroom. A spacious master bedroom suite offers ocean views, a king-size bed, and private bathroom. The second guest bedroom has 2 twin beds with a separate bathroom.
We are ten minutes south of Cocoa Beach and one hour east of Orlando. Spend the day at Disney World and come back to the beach at night!. Balcony bliss
I booked for just a few days to get away from a very stressful job and relax . Mission accomplished. Sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean was ideal. The view was outstanding . Hope to stay again some time.

Incredible views and Quiet Location
We have stayed at this property 3 times and it has always been great. The unit has 270 degree beach views with a balcony that overlooks the beach, making you feel like you are on the beach without the sand. We have had perfect views of 2 space launches from the balcony during our stays. The unit is well appointed with everything you need for your stay...dishes, blender, everything. What really was fantastic was how comfortable the master bedroom mattress is. The location is right across the street from a grocery and there are lots of great restaurants within a mile. The location is quiet and the property has before/after 10:00 morning and evening noise restrictions making it really quiet and serene.
There are some aspects of the property that are a little outdated but it is still spectacular. This visit, there were a couple of maintenance issues that arose that the owner corrected immediately upon notification. This owner is a class act and communication with him is easy. We truly love this property and highly recommend it.

Great List cation and Amazing Views
Best view of ocean ever in 30+ years of vacation travel. Loved the place and all the surroundings. Everything you need within 10 minute drive or five minute walk. Pool was amazing and beach access right off the pool deck was perfect. Highly recommend year round. Book it if it’s available, you will not be disappointed.

Great customer service and problem solving
As we all know, sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. Upon our arrival, there was a slight issue that was of no fault of the owner or property manager.
Bill reacted instantly to fix our issue, we above and beyond to accommodate and fix the issue without hesitation.
Other than that, nice view of the ocean, unit is very well maintained and updated
