Located near to city. Spacious and cleaned rooms. Hotel ambience is excellent, recreationla activities are bang on and food is exceptional. Amenties include swimming big pool with jacuzzi. Facility has sauna and steam bath and kids play area. Nice restaurant.

The staff was very courteous and the response was fast. The property and food ws amazing overall it was a pleasant stay. The beds could have been a little comfortable. Enjoyed the video games and spa was excellent. The masseuse Pooja was very skilled and professional in her approach,

Rooms We stayed at Maple Wing. The room was fantastic. Big , Clean room with an elegant interior. The highlight was the Bathtub and its placement in the bathroom with a window in the ceiling. Another highlight was the Balcony that was huge overlooking mountains and we had an opportunity to enjoy the view of rains and clouds. Room Service Very prompt and courteous. No delays whatsoever Staff Very courteous and professional. Proactively checked for room cleaning. Also the staff at the restaurant was great. Food All the items we ordered were made to perfection. Ala Carte menu is decent and has variety. Only thing that could be thought of is adding buffet spread for Lunch or Dinner Check In / Out Very streamlined. No waiting time and the process is swift. Explained the activities of the day while checking in. Amenities and Activities Well maintained amenities , be it Arcade room or Video game rooms. The swimming pool was really good, temperature controlled so we could enjoy it even during rains. We also enjoyed the hot water Jacuzzi. I house activities like Trekking, Karaoke, DJ night, Live Music kept us engaged. Location Not far away from the centre yet very peaceful and private. Good connectivity overall. A very pleasant and enjoyable stay. The kid enjoyed it a lot. We are definitely coming back for more. Kudos to all the staff for a memorable stay.

Overall it was excellent stay. Property is huge and having large area to roam around. Food is excellent. resort is cleanly and neatly maintained including swimming pool. Having activities for guests throughout of the day including kids. The only concern I want to raise that they are charging for cooking baby food which I never seen.
