Bella Vista Resort

The overall experience was good. I dont have any drawback point to mention here except one about the biryani I got on first day evening. I couldnt eat it, it tasted like that but the same I liked in the lunch.

We couldn’t do much because of the rains and no visibility. Have visited two years back during the same time but weather was better. So we were mostly at the hotel, Food (decent spread, fresh and hot food ), service was excellent thanks to the entire staff especially Naina, sagar, Dheeraj, arjun, munasir, Ashwini, Prasad everybody is very polite and accommodating, security staff too. Thumbs up for the overall experience !!

We stayed for 2 nights at Bella Vista Resort with our family, including 2 teenage children and a senior citizen parent, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. From the moment we checked in, the staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant ensured that our stay was smooth and comfortable. The service was consistently excellent and delivered with warmth. The rooms are well-kept, spacious, and cozy, and the property itself feels very peaceful — perfect for a relaxing getaway in Mahabaleshwar. What stood out for us were the activities available indoors. Since it was raining heavily during our visit, we really appreciated the variety: table tennis, carrom, foosball, board games, and even karaoke evenings. This ensured that every age group — from teenagers to elders — had something to enjoy and kept us entertained despite the weather. A special mention to Ms. Ashwini from the restaurant staff, who made our dining experience delightful. She was extremely kind, attentive, and ensured we felt comfortable during every meal, whether it was the complimentary breakfast buffet or à la carte orders. Speaking of food — the restaurant and in-room dining options were fantastic. The pizzas, noodles, and other dishes we tried were fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The variety at the breakfast buffet was also impressive, catering to both Indian and continental tastes. Overall, Bella Vista Resort is a wonderful choice for families looking for a mix of comfort, great food, and engaging activities. The staff’s hospitality, especially the personal touch from Ms. Ashwini, made our trip extra special. We would definitely love to return on our next visit to Mahabaleshwar.

Had a great time staying at Bella Vista Resort. Very family friendly with good food and play area for kids. The view from the room is excellent. They have a nice restaurant and the food was excellent. Special mention to Naina and other staff who were very polite, courteous and super helpful.

We had a wonderful time at Bella Vista. They have an incredible team of people who will make sure that your stay with them is pleasant. To name a few, Ashwini and Naina at the restaurant, Prasad at the reception, made our experience of the stay even more amazing. The hotel has done all the basic things right such as cleanliness, wifi, quality/taste of the food, etc. Also the hotel has nice views of the surroundings and the location is good. We would highly recommend this place for your stay.
