Hotel has beautiful velly view. The staff is polite and helpful. You see them smiling and greeting everytime they meet. Special Thanks to their staff- Pooja, Naina Ashwini for taking care of every need well behaving whole time. Food is amazing, won't have to look elsewhere for food. Would definitely recommend to stay here with Family or as a couple.

The hotel has got a very scenic view. The rooms are well maintained. Neat and clean. The food quality is just superb. The room service is also nice. Naina from dining room gave good service with hospitàlity. Mybwife and myself are ready to come again.

Stay here was very pleasant and it was more because of the courteous staff and special mention for Naina as one the most human being at the restaurant she made sure all of us were comfortable and she was on her toes to help us with any queries we had.

Room Booking and check in was super smooth. It's a nice resort with well maintained surroundings. We stayed in Red Stone wing. Spacious rooms with nice view. Good indoor games area. Reception, housekeeping staff, and restaurant staff is efficient and courteous. Special mention of Naina and Pooja in the restaurant. Improvement Suggestion: Room balconies cannot be used, as plenty of monkeys jumping in and out. Nets should be installed to prevent monkeys entering in. Also, it would good if there is a covered pathway to go to the restaurant during rains.

We had an amazing staycation this weekend at Bella Vista Resort, Panchgani – and it was highly recommended to us! The staff was so friendly and polite, making us feel truly welcomed. The ambience is just beautiful, and the location makes you feel like you’re literally on the clouds! A perfect place to relax and unwind. Can’t wait to visit again!
