Excellent. We had booked a velley view room and it was serene. We saw a very beautiful sunset from our room itself. The stay, food, cleanliness everything is top notch at Bella Vista Mahabaleshwar. We totally loved our stay here. Their entire staff is very polite and cooperative. Especially all the staff at Restaurant. Their hospitality is amazing. Totally recommended for couples and families. Thank you.

The experience was too good here and the best part is there staff. They are so good n kind and always greet with the smiley face. Had a great experience highly recommended. Taste is also good.... rooms are neat and clean. Property covered with lavish greenery.

This property is really good.Staff is very polite.We(family with kid) reached very late from Mumbai,at around 10pm,with travel time of 6,hrs approx.The restaurant closes at 10:30pm.After check in and other formalities when we stepped in their restaurant it was already 10:30pm,so initially most of the staff was like -you order from in room dining,not possible to serve now as it's closing.But with our simple request Staff Kajal agreed to serve in the restaurant itself that too with a pleasant smile.Staff Pooja joined her and made us comfortable with her helping gesture. Food was very nice.Served very neatly and fresh.This humble gesture and friendliness of staff continued till check out.Next day morning breakfast was very good, served on open roof, mountain top restaurant,with cool breeze and serene mountains.Just a wow experience.There staff Naina took care of us.Pool is very nice and clean and there is small water slide and water fall in it.That took away all the exhaustion.Lunch was great ,served with atmostost care and love by staff Ashwini.Restaurant manager Mr Ramesh is superb, cool guy.Very helpfull.Infact all the staff is polite and friendly.Special thanks to Chef who made wonderful food.Reception area Mr Chaudhary helped in all possible way.Best place to visit.They give loads of happiness.A must visit place.Thank you Bella Vista for making our stay memorable.God bless you.

We had a very relaxing holiday at Bela Vista resort Mahabaleshwar.All the staff was well behaved .An employee in particular named "Jeetu" was very polite and helpful .We loved the experience and would love to come back again 😊. Thank you Bela Vista for making our trip wonderful.

These are the things that put this place several notches higher than any other hotel: the beautiful greenery, flowers and trees set amidst lovely landscaping, surprise little nooks for reading, birds and birdsong everywhere and the quality of the breakfast buffet. The only thing I didn’t care for is the volume of the live music, which is quite audible in the rooms above the restaurant. I prefer quiet . Shoutout to Ashwini, Pooja, Naina, Kajal, Divya, Afsar,Rani, Komal and Ramesh for prompt and happy service

Our stay at bella vista was excellent. Great service by house keeping staff especially Gaurav Kamal. Overall great stay and great food. Resort is very good and clean. It has a great vally view. We stayed at valley view rooms. Rooms are specious and clean. Staff was very polite. Resort has great swimming pool.

The restaurant service was excellent. The attendants were always warm and helpful. They even took care of my sick mom and went a extra mile to help us with takeout options at time of morning breakfast. With special mentions of the attending staffs ashwini, pooja,naina, kajal,divya, and Mr Ramesh for their excellence service. Thankyou
