We had a very warm welcome and smooth check-in on arrival . Mr. Shubham helped us initially who was assisted by Mona from the from desk. Our room was clean with modern amenities but there was some hot water problem initially when we arrived. We were told about the situation a day before our arrival. All the staff is very friendly and immediately attended to our needs . Mr. Ranjit from the security was very kind to assist us with our luggage . The happy hub staff was also very helpful. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed . I wish to come there again soon

Lovely wooded property green and relaxing All the staff is very helpful polite and friendly particularly Mrigendr a &Ashmita. Food can be improved with more variety. Overall a good property with lots of scenic places to visit. Keep it up!

Club Mahindra Sherwood Mahabaleshwar is a Lovely hotel property. Very clean rooms, great hospitality. The hostess Amrutha @ The Saddleback Restaurant where we had our breakfast was super courteous @ always smiling & cheerful doing her duties with a full packed restaurant.

One of the resort situated in the lap of nature. Always a friendly staff to be with. They are always there to help and serve. Had a nice Govinda - handi breaking celebration. Club house is well maintained with staff namely - Ranjit, Suraj Singh. payel ( basketball champion ) Sahil, Sunil, Rahul HK. Must visit place.
