Disappointing Experience with Check-In

I had a reservation at this hotel Royal hills resort, but I was denied check-in upon arrival by the manager named Shankar parmeshwar sakunde. Despite providing all necessary documents and proof of my booking, the staff claimed "the room wasn’t available due to management conflict issues"
What made the experience worse was the lack of empathy from the staff. They were dismissive, rude and no alternatives or solutions were offered. I had to "find another hotel late at night which wasn't easy at 31st Dec night".
I’ve stayed at many hotels, and this was the first time I faced such poor treatment. I hope management addresses these issues to improve their service. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
There is nothing Royal in this hotel, the worst hotel I have ever experienced.
