Sauna luvattiin mutta olikin rikki aamiasta ei ollutkaan sämpylää jääkaapista ja kahvit keittäen
Edellisenä iltana soitettiin henkilökunta vaje
Kirjautuminen omatoimisesti avain haettiin kassakaapista henkilökunta paikalla ilta kuudesta eteenpäin lähtöpäivän ei henkilökuntaa
WC paperi loppui kesken ja et saanut sitä mistään kuin kaupasta hakemalla

Huoneessa oli kuuma, ei ilmastointia, joten nukuimme ikkunat auki. Hotellin yökerhon/pubin musiikki raikui talon rakenteissa 4:30 asti, juhliva väki tupakoi ja melusi ikkunoiden alapuolella, joten ikkunat piti sulkea. Yötä väritti myös (ilmeisesti) pakoputkettomien autojen katuralli hotellin edessä. Lapsiperheen uni jäi vähiin tänä lauantai-sunnuntai-yönä.

Hotel pessimo per i servizi, per l'igiene e strutturalmente. Siamo arrivate di domenica alle 17, due signore di 74 e 75 anni, senza che nessuno ci avesse avvisate che fino alle 18 non era possibile entrare. Siamo state lasciate in strada fino a quell'ora. Le camere erano al quarto piano senza ascensore, il ristorante al primo piano di un altro palazzo. Per tre giorni nessuna pulizia della camera e nessun cambio di biancheria. Non è stato richiesto il documento di identità. Le fotografie sul sito non corrispondono alle camere che erano squallide e non troppo pulite
