The hotel booked by looking at the pictures on Ctrip is a hotel with a history of nearly a hundred years. It is one of the landmark buildings in Satun. The room facilities are outdated, the air conditioner is too loud and not warm enough. Customer service is also average. I am used to living in new and spacious hotels in China, and I have a big psychological gap.

Waited 20 minutes to get checked in. Which was too long because I prepaid online. They didn’t believe I prepaid for the hotel online and it was very stressful trying to check in dealing with the so called “manager”. I was able to prove to them it was already prepaid. But very stressful situation I felt offended they didn’t believe Me. Ruined my date night and I felt targeted as a minority . Might not be coming back to this hotel
