Days Inn by Wyndham Saskatoon

Overall good. Room clean n tidy. Breakfast is average but it's OK. Recreation facilities is a plus. Most important, the service is excellent, fulfilled their promises, particular for someone like me arrived at airport around 1am.

The room was very spacious and clean. Location was good. Staff were friendly and nice. Free large parking lot

Beds were not enough. Room service was bad. Did’t like the behaviour of staff. Didn’t help to solve the problem. And I paid extra to get extra bed but already had paid for 5 people but beds were not enough for 5 adults as mentioned

Our stay here was just ok. Check in was a bit slow, check out was very quick. Our room and bathroom were very clean except for the carpet, which just felt old and grimy, like it had never been shampooed. Room service was not great. We stayed three nights and when they came in, all they did was make the beds. No wipe down of anything. They would only leave us 3 towels even though we’d checked in as a family of 4. The last night they forgot to leave us a floor towel for getting out of the tub. I even noticed coming back once we had left a wrapper on the floor in a very obvious spot that was still there after room service, and I left it the whole time to see if it would get picked up. It was not. (Not that I couldn’t have cleaned it myself, I just wanted to see.) Same for an old bandaid in the hallway outside our room. Breakfast was ok. Nothing hot unless you made your own waffles. No meat, no hot eggs or hash browns. Pool was great, waterslide was very fast and my teen boys loved it. The hot tub was hot. Pool attendant was not very attentive, and very slow to get more towels when they ran out. Would probably choose to pay more and stay somewhere else next time.
