When we here was a bit of a wait to get registered. The room was nice and very clean. It contained a fridge, microwave, coffee maker etc. However, it did not contain a phone book. Free wifi was available for the guest. The room did not contain a bath mat the tub, although a fair size, was quite slippery. I slipped twice while trying to shower. They provided breakfast which had a wide variety of good food. The hotel is pet friendly, it is my suggestion if you dont like pets go elsewhere. It is pet friendly that should indicate something. It was a fantastic place to stay over all.

There was not any coffee or coffee pot in the room. Breakfast was Ok however the same housekeeper for cleaner was putting the bread into the boxes without using any gloves.

We checked into the hotel on Thursday, October 17th, 2024, for five (5) days ending on October 22nd, 2024. We booked two (2) rooms to accommodate three to four (3/4) people. We write this on Monday evening, October 21st, because at no time in our stay thus far have we had any housekeeping staff enter our rooms for anything. No refreshment of towels, no garbage removed, no beds made and no replenishment of any supplies like toiletries or bathroom tissue. Absolutely nothing. We had to ask for toilet paper and fresh towels on Saturday, October 19th. I explained to the front desk staff that we hadn’t had any housekeeping AND STILL, nothing happened. We were ignored. Garbage from multiple rooms, consisting of delivery bags from food services, was left in the hall on our floor for three (3) days before being removed. And even worse, my colleague went downstairs on Saturday morning and saw people sleeping in the hallways on the second floor. Where is Security and why are people allowed to sleep in the hallways? Does your hotel guests’ safety mean nothing? “Disgusting” would be an understatement for this location. We called Choice Hotel Customer Service to complain, and they indicated that they would contact the hotel management. We heard nothing from management at the hotel, as we suspected would happen because it is obvious that they got their money and no longer care. This hotel is a disgrace to the hotel industry and should be put on notice for all customers to stay as far away as possible. The only way the hospitality industry can survive is if customers speak up when a hotel property doesn’t meet expectations.

I recently stayed at Comfort Hotel in Saskatoon for a night and had a pleasant experience. The check-in process was quick, and the agent at the desk was friendly and thorough in explaining all the available services. While the lobby was simple, the room exceeded expectations with four-star hotel standard amenities, decor, and cleanliness. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay!

The door to the room was left open and the sheets weren’t changed. The toilet seat was broken, and the room key had to be re-coded daily. They seemed to be short staffed, it was usually a wait for someone to come to the front desk. The staff were polite though. A do no disturb sign for the door would be helpful.

Booked a room through ******* and thought I had booked a pet friendly room. The night clerk was exceptional. Went out of his way to make some changes to get me a pet friendly room. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast included in the morning was good.

Great price for the stay. The only complaint is the carpet floors in our room were sticky and gross. Shoes are definitely required! The breakfast was great and the place is pet friendly. Staff is kind and helpful. The room is basic, but had great access to the outside, from the main level.

Nice clean quiet hotel with a free breakfast. Hotel grounds were nice and staff were friendly. Convenient location for a one night stay on our trip across Canada. Be sure to book using your choice rewards to get the promotion for a free gift card!
