I guess i did not read the details of having the washroom (toilet and bathroom) out of the room. Unfortunately, it did not work for me. One, on a very low budget might be ok with it

They are friendly, and if you have any troubles, you can talk to them and they will help you. I take off my shoes at the entrance, but the corridors are sandy, and I think that Japanese people should do a little more cleaning.
There is a lot of traffic near the main road, so you can hear the footsteps of other guests and the sound of the TV, so it is not recommended for those who are concerned about noise.
It feels like a budget accommodation.
