Spa Hotels in Sasebo

I have stayed a long time ago and this time I only used the morning buffet. There are relatively many foreign guests here, and I feel a little annoying. I didn't like taking things without masks or gloves at morning. I was careful, but employees should actually do it. Later, I heard that the restaurant is run by another company. It was a complaint on the homepage about nature, but the part was only a little, and the rest was just ordinary ingredients. I thought it wasn't a big deal for the price.

The hotel is located near the bus terminal and also the train station. The room is clean, and there are food options around the hotel. We were perplexed why the room was not cleaned though, as only the bin was cleared. We were also given 1 room card, as 2 cards were not allowed (?). Despite these, we will stay here again due to the location

The room was small but would work for a short-term trip. I was there for a month so it was a bit tight. Pillows were filled with plastic capsules and not all that comfortable, so I recommend bringing your own. The fridge was so so tiny. The bathroom was also small but the service was super excellent. Unless you pay for the extra service there is no breakfast included, I don't believe you can even pay there for a meal if you don't have the coupons. The beds were alright, and nothing really notable. I liked that there was laundry available, not expensive for a load. No microwaves in the room but there is a microwave in the laundry that works just fine. Very close to the train station and any food you may need to get. It is about a 30min walk to the front of the Main Base—taxi stalls right across the street from the hotel. The hotel desk did call us at like 20:00 to come to pay a bill since we were staying for so long but I wish they would have called earlier in the day to sort it out since we were already in bed for the night.

It is about 10 minutes walk from Matsuura Railway and Sasebo Central Station. If you go nearby, you can see that there is a yellow large signboard of ”smile hotel”. The building itself is very old and the room can also see the mark of repair. There is a high step in the toilet (bathroom). There is usually a light switch on the bed, but if you don't stand here, you can't turn off the light. There is no side stick on the PET bottle side of the refrigerator, so the PET bottle rolls every time you open it. I made only 〇２ from etc. I stayed here because it was cheaper than other hotels, but this time.

We enjoyed to stay. Hotel staff members are very friendly and kind. Breakfast buffet at hotel are good as well. I just didn’t know about free shuttle from station to hotel at the beginning. If I know early, I did not walk extras and save energy. Otherwise we are very happy to stay there.
