Our room did not match the pictures we saw on the TRIP website. We complained. We were rudely fobbed off with: "All rooms are the same" and "There's nothing we can do. Management won't be back until Monday" - which was not an adequate response to our criticism/question. Furthermore, the receptionist repeatedly used nasty Italian language towards us to vent her anger. Eventually, we were offered another room. Various things were broken in the other room. The door to the room was also unlocked/open. We took photos of the broken room. In the end, we returned to the first room because we were too exhausted from the trip to look for another hotel. We appreciated TRIP's friendly service. An attempt was made (unfortunately in vain) to find a compromise between us and the hotel management. The management did not budge, which I found difficult to understand. The hotel even distorted the facts, which disappointed and frustrated us.

Hotel rooms have been carelessly done. In my seven days stay I’d to change three rooms. In two air conditioning wasn’t working despite complaints. They control it from a console at reception and though there are control penals in room but they don’t function. Secondly for reaching hotel one has to take a left turn on a busy road, and that risky. For pedestrians it’s sometimes impossible to cross and one has to take a circuitous path.

Réservation faite via booking, simple et rapide. paiement sur place. L'hôtel est vraiment super, personnel à l'accueil souriant et sympathique. Grand parking pour stationner, hôtel situé à deux pas de l'autoroute et à 20min du lac de Côme. Restauration en face de l'hôtel. l'endroit est moderne avec restauration et bistrot. Possibilité de prendre un verre jusque minuit. Les chambres sont parfaites, grand lit, pièce spacieuse, grande douche avec serviettes et produits remis tous les jours. Service de chambre parfait (bouteille d'eau, pantoufles, savon, ...). Nous avons réservé un peu par hasard mais nous y reviendrons pour d'autres visites dans le nord de l'Italie.

Hotel rifatto da poco le camere, devo dire veramente molto bello, camere bellissime curate nei minimi particolari, insonorizzata al 100% il bagno veramente curato , poi la colazione veramente abbondante di tutto e di più, dimenticavo posizione strategica proprio all'uscita per Saronno

Hotel completamente ristrutturato, camere molto spaziose, ben arredate e pulitissime. Letto comodo e stanza insonorizzata, bagno molto grande e con kit cortesia. Colazione buona ed abbondante, con molto scelta. La struttura si trova a 20/25 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni di Saronno e all'uscita dell'autostrada. Nelle vicinanze si trova un supermercato e alcuni ristoranti. Vicino al centro. Qualità prezzo ottimale.
