We have just returned from a fabulous week away at La Moinerie Village. Having previously spent a long weekend there in May 2024, we made the decision to have our wedding in Sark. It could not have gone better! Kevin and Ivana are fantastic hosts, and we have come away feeling that they are not just hosts, but now close friends. They did everything possible to make our special day even more special. Our wedding guests all stayed at La Moinerie, and were all impressed with the hospitality, location and the overall experience. Some of our party are even planning their own wedding there! We had our wedding meal at Gusty's, a fabulous clifftop location overlooking the ocean with an amazing view over the other islands. We were treated to an amazing barbecue and drinks as we experienced the setting sun, and even stayed late to experience the night sky and watch the shooting stars. The evening drinks at the onsite Friar Tuck tavern were always fun and cosy. Kevin and Ivana go above and beyond to ensure all their guests are happy and address any concerns efficiently. Special mention to Mark for always being on hand to help out. Highly recommended and we plan to return at least every year.

Massive rooms...lovely bar on site. Shame no food available but not far to walk to places that do. 5 mins to walk to pathways. Only criticism...rooms far too hot and we couldn't change air con as it was locked at 23 degrees. So opened windows and then had many mosquitos in room so was bitten which led to poor sleep.If they could sort that we would give 5 star as these are luxurious places to stay with friendly guys running in all and continental breakfast included.

Owners, managers and Staff all friendly, helpful people. The complex is vast and beautiful. Fastidiously clean everywhere. The Breakfast Room is stunning. Very Baronial and the choices for breakfast were extensive. Our room and ensuite spacious and comfortable. Our luggage was conveyed free from/to the Port by the Hotel. We rented a horse and buggy to take us out to La Moinerie at arrival. Worth the £60 which was the minimum rate. We’d never have found it! After a day tramping around Sark we’d retreat to the seafront after chatting with the Hotel’s resident photogenic pigs along the way. Very entertaining. The Pub at the Hotel is gorgeous too. Wish we’d stayed longer. Had a fantastic time on Sark. We made sure to carry plenty of Cash on Sark, not to rely on ATMs being thick on the ground.

This was a most delightful place to stay on Sark. It was a good location for visiting all the sights to see on Sark. Very well appointed and comfortable accommodation in a lovely setting. Great breakfast. Very helpful and knowledgeable hotelier. A lovely little pub onsite to enjoy a glass of wine or beer.

A beautiful place on a beautiful island. So impressed from the moment we arrived. Lodge was amazing, spacious and comfortable with quality, real quality. Loved the peace but knew that Kevin and Ivana would help with anything. Breakfast great in a lovely room. Will definitely be going back and will definitely be staying there. Really good value for such a standard of accommodation and care. Thanks

Simply wonderful. A quaint hotel, set back from the Main Street in Sark. As you arrive, you feel like you’re entering a little village in France. We were welcomed by the team, who are so friendly and helpful (but also give you welcomed privacy). Hot and powerful shower, very comfortable beds and clean room. Breakfast was a wonderful array of death continental food (pastries fresh, hot and to die for!) and good coffee. (they also started brekky half hour earlier for us on the day we left). Staff were always on hand to provide tips, guidance and have a generally friendly chat. They have a cute little bar out the front of the hotel, for residents only that is designed like an old pub. Nice to sit out and have a drink. They have also made a nice seating area a 10 minute walk from the hotel, perfect for taking a blanket and stargazing. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Superb stay, bed was super comfy,staff were amazing friendly and very helpful when needed, breakfast was a feast and the hotel is just beautiful and full of charm. I had a a few tiny issues with the bathroom and they were all sorted within an hour, I can't fault them.

Great place to stay the lodges are great would be ideal for a family we were only 2 and our dog loved it. Kevin, Ivana, Mark brilliant nothing too much trouble. House keeping staff great. Breakfast was scrumptious. When they say complimentary continental breakfast you may wonder what you might get whilst not wanting to give it away the choice is great all fresh and always being replenished. You won't be disappointed. Loved it thank yiu

The venue is idyllic - beautiful communal areas and a quaint little onsite pub. Villas are very well appointed and clean. Breakfast you have your own table allocated for you! The staff are super friendly- my wife needed oat milk and the next day there was a jug of oat milk there ready for her. Great location next to the Sark Dairy and next to La Seigneurie Gardens and close to the Main Street - we will be coming again!
