Leaking washbasin, leaking toilet, no hot water supply for shower, air conditioner not cold enough, bed looks dirty, half way through the night, full body itching, lift was broken and not repaired.
One sentence is very poor, and the lobby waiter has poor understanding.
The price is quite cheap, you can only say that you get what you pay for.
Not recommended for customers who mind giving (star).
