L Hotel Sarigerme

Very loud place. The restaurant manager was yelling and thinking it is a fun for the guests. The food is average, very few Turkish options. Rooms are clean and with a good design. Very close to the airport. It was a temporary stay for a few hours for me so cannot valuate breakfast

Problem you have with this hotel isn’t the actual hotel itself , hotel is actually very nice & clean . This hotel is going to have major problems because they have sublet the actual restaurant. It’s now a separate business & encourage shocking behaviour

Pros: - Kind, friendly and attentive staff. Our requests were fulfilled within a few minutes. - Free room upgrade to a room with direct access to the pool - Pool - Overall design of the hotel - Nice bedrooms Cons: - First time ever seeing that the espresso pods are paid. At least we were told beforehand. - Minibar is not really cooling. - The so called private beach area is not maintained. All they did was to place a hotel flag on a public beach. Non-customers were also using the hotel sun beds, and the sun beds were dirty. So do not be fooled by the website images! - The only positives from the breakfast were coffee, tea and olives. Otherwise the food was low quality and poor, probably using the cheapest options possible. Omelette was clearly made with vegetable oil. No proper bakery stuff, no simit (Turkish bagel). - All the food offered at the cafe/restaurant were unhealthy stuff. - The dark grey walls and office-like furniture in the living room are making it pretty depressing and office-like. Very poor choice considering the nice architecture of the hotel.

L’Hotel Sarigerme is a lovely small hotel with a personal touch, where it’s easy to get to know the other guests and feel at home. The rooms are spacious, with a great balcony to sit out on (we were on the 1st floor). There’s good hanging space for clothes, though a few more coat hangers would be handy. The room comes with a safe, a well-stocked fridge, and a brilliant coffee machine. The bathroom is modern with a double shower (both rainfall and standard heads), and the beds are very comfortable. A big TV, beach and bath towels, and nice toiletries add to the comfort. The pool area is excellent — a long main pool perfect for laps or relaxing with the many inflatables floating around, plus a smaller kids’ pool that’s also ideal just to sit and cool off. The sun loungers are extremely comfortable with supportive headrests. The restaurant and bar are a highlight. Jimmy, Simon, and their team run it with real friendliness and efficiency. Breakfast includes a wide selection with fresh made-to-order omelettes, along with unlimited coffee and Turkish tea. Lunch and dinner menus are extensive, and the BBQ every four nights is a brilliant addition. Entertainment, like bingo nights, adds to the fun, and there are two big screens for anyone who wants to keep up with sports. The beer and cocktail selection is excellent, and they happily tailor drinks to your preferences. The location is great too: just a 10-minute walk to the gorgeous beach, which has watersports, toilets, a café, changing rooms, and a kids’ play park. The hotel has its own private area on the beach with loungers and umbrellas, accessible with wristbands given at check-in. Sarigerme town itself is also just a short walk away. Finally, the hotel is kept immaculately clean and maintained to a very high standard throughout. Overall, a fantastic stay — comfortable, friendly, and well-run, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

We stayed at this fantastic hotel a couple of weeks ago, we were ungraded to a swim up apartment. Simon and Jimmy the brothers were always on hand for anything you wanted and so funny and always remembered our names. The food at the Hotel was very good and the breakfast was good too. Jimmy would prepare fresh omelettes for you. The beach is about a 15/20 minute walk one way, with a area just for L hotel customers with sun loungers and parasols. The shops and restaurants are a 5/10 minute walk in the other direction. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
