Excellent hotel for families with children 0-8 years old, calm atmosphere, many pools, delicious food and good service.
Didn't like the sea, it's hard to compete being close to Fethiye and Marmaris...

Just returned from our 7 day holiday with our 10 year old daughter. pro’s and cons to this hotel. Pros - we are foodies and can’t really fault the food. All meal times have great options for adults and kids - all staff are excellent and work extremely hard - hotel is clean - great air con in enclosed areas - easily accessible to local town for a £5 cab - rooms are decent, but bathrooms need some TLC - fast transfer from airport - charity point for sun cream and other bits if your in out and can leave for others when you leave (very handy as the local shop was £35 for a bottle of sun cream) - lovely beach, hotter than round the pool Cons - the day time entertainment is mixed, good in the mornings round the pool, but hardly anything after - our daughter is 10 and the evening entertainment is aimed at really young children, which for adults is painful!! Only had 1 external act, who was decent. - drinks - soft drinks/water are great, but the rest is poor. Beer is as weak as anything, no premium spirits, all cocktails are syrups and task nothing like they should do - rules clearly state no towels on sunbeds until 7, all virtually gone by 6.00am and even saw people out at 5.30am sleeping on them to make sure they got them! - lots of code browns in the pools, shutting them daily. Me personally, this hotel is only for family’s with young children and wouldn’t return to any HV hotel.

We had an amazing week with our 2 boys. The hotel was lovely with enough sunbeds for all despite lots of naughty guests ignoring the 7am rule. The food was lovely and they were very mindful of allergies and all of the staff were so brilliant with the children. The room could have been cleaner but it didn’t ruin the break at all. The biggest thank you must go to the entertainments team, all of them were so hardworking and brilliant - Callum should have his own chat show he’s so funny and Jacob was so warm with the kids and so funny doing the party dances. The show team were excellent, Twig, Bex and Fraser were so committed and professional and an extra shout out to Lucas who was not just brilliant in the shows but made such an effort to remember our names and make our children feel special. We’re hoping to save the pennies to come again!

Beautiful hotel and so very big! Lots of pools including a jacuzzi pool, activity pool, baby pool x2 Lagoon pool and 3 quiet pools. So much food and definitely something for everyone. So much choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Loads of fresh fruit and outstanding deserts. Cbilds area in restaurant. We had a select room 2122, cleaned really well daily. The maids are so very friendly and work extremely hard. My holiday was so relaxing and I would like to thank everyone for making it so good. Exceptional staff in whole hotel. 2 members of staff that stood out more for me was Ezra and Müyesser(waitress). Ezra is so helpful and a very happy lady. She goes out of her way to make sure you are OK and will always ask if everything is OK. She is great! Müyesser stood out because she is so very attentive and constantly checking you have everything you need or want. One day I had a dress disaster but she went and found a pin for me, the next day she bought in a needle and cotton from her home for me. She seriously went over and above to keep a holiday maker happy! WHAT A Star. Plenty of sun beds but definitely need more parasols around jacuzzi pool. Hotel very very clean. Only downside was at night when we would go inside to cool down before bed we liked to go to reading area and chill. Unfortunately the amount of unruly children that use this area to fight, scream n shout and play football, rugby and other ball games is crazy. Even after talking to reception about the glasses being broken and us being hurt by balls, all we were told is it happens every night. As a hotel this should be stopped. It should be made a quiet area as the hotel is giant with massive grounds. A quiet area would be lovely. But there is not one unless you go to your room. Apart from that I had a fantastic holiday so to everyone at holiday village THANK YOU!

Отличный отель! На Эгейском море были много раз, но это лучший отель из всех. Все отдыхающие англичане, ни разу не услышали русскую речь. Отличная кухня, уютные номера, везде очень чисто. Отдельное спасибо Мурату, единственный из персонала, который говорит по русски, он помог нам записаться в Аля карт, очень вежливо всё объяснил и рассказал, приветливый и доброжелательный. Итальянский ресторан супер! Хотелось бы вернуться в этот отель, всё очень понравилось.

Honest opinion on HV Turkey, on arrival just past midnight we thought we would be given a complimentary drink on arrival as the bar closes at midnight and then you have to pay, sadly this didn’t happen so first impression wasnt great considering how expensive it is to stay there! Rooms are VERY dated and run down especially the bathroom, yes it’s clean the maids work very hard but the rooms are very small, ideal if you have small children but children from say 12 upwards the beds are so narrow, like a sofa bed, so I would suggest booking two rooms, you have to walk through the main bedroom to get to one small bathroom. Food was great no complaints all staff very friendly and the place was clean and never had any trouble getting a table, only down side to this hotel is there are no self service drinks so the queues can be long. ( fruit juice and water you can help yourself to) Overall a clean hotel, friendly just not what I would class as a 4 star been to plenty of other hotels 4/5 star which are alot better and cheaper.
