Our overnight stay at Dolphin Apart Hotel Dalaman served as a comfortable prelude to our main holiday at Hilton. Here's a breakdown of our experience: The spacious two-bedroom layout on two floors exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and impressive, considering the reasonable price point. The hotel was clean and provided a comfortable stay, surpassing our expectations given the affordable rate. Direct access to the pool and balconies with panoramic views added to the positive experience. The location, near Sarigerme village, offered convenience with various shops nearby. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed, creating a pleasant ambiance for a short stay. However, it's worth noting that the hotel is quite far from beaches. We encountered a hiccup when I lost my jacket, and it wasn't initially picked up by the cleaners. Communication was a challenge; my attempts to reach them by email went unanswered, and the phone number on the website was outdated. Despite this, after two return trips to the hotel, the staff managed to locate my jacket, which was a relief. Recommendation: Despite the minor communication challenges and the distance from beaches, I would recommend Dolphin Apart Hotel Dalaman. Aside from the jacket incident, we were genuinely pleased with our stay.

Worse place we've stayed in Turkey. Rooms haven't seen any renovation for a long time. Room service is terrible, floors are always dirty. And the worse thing is that somebody scratched our car severely on the parking of this hotel and they don't even have the camera footage a available. Terrible place, showing more hostility than hospitality. After such a pleasant situation the receptionist who introduced himself as a hotel manager even didn't agree to refund ludicrous 150€ we've payed for two nights here. Turkish hospitality we've encountered here is remarkable! The best thing about that it's that this hotel is unique and every other hotel will be much better! Literally any other hotel.

My wife and I travelled to the Tui Blue Seno during the recent October half term along with my parents and my sister. We spent 2 hours in the Tui travel agents when booking this holiday, as my wife is disabled, and we needed to make sure the hotel was suitable for her using either a rolling walker or wheelchair. The agents convinced us that yes, is fully disabled friendly. We proceeded to book, ensuring we had special assistance through the airport, and a private transfer when we arrived in Dalaman as she would be unable to get onto the coach. The hotel took a couple of weeks to confirm that an accessible room would be available, and once they did, we proceeded with the booking. When we checked in online, we noticed the seats we had been allocated were 2a and **, which would have been unsuitable with seats in front of us, my wife would have been unable to shuffle sideways. Red flag number 1 that this holiday wasn't going to be all we were promised by Tui. We managed to contact Tui and get these seats changed, although they gave us 2c and 2d on the outbound, either side of the aisle and staggered. We accepted this as it at least meant my wife had an aisle seat with no-one in front of her, making it easier for her to get into and out of the seat. As it happened, when we boarded no-one was sat in 2e or 2f, so the cabin crew said it would be fine for me to sit next to her. When we landed the airport staff were great and got us through the airport quickly. However, our private transfer was a Mercedes V class with 6 seats, all facing each other. Coupled with the difficulty of getting 5 suitcases, a walker and a wheelchair into it (the wheelchair eventually had to go in the front with the driver) the seat configuration made it very difficult for my wife to get in, as there were no grab handles, and quite a high step into the back of the van. Reg flag number 2, and she was beginning to get upset now. None of the seat belts worked in the vehicle, so we had to hold on and hope! We arrived at the hotel at 9pm, 30 minutes before dinner ended so the staff helped us into one of their on-site golf carts to get us down the incredibly steep hill to the restaurant. We had to rush eating a little, but the food was amazing, making us feel a bit more comfortable. We then called up to reception for the golf cart to come and colle t us so we could check in. On arriving back at reception, we were allocated our rooms, all in the same block about halfway down the hill. It occurred to me to check that this was an accessible room, to be told that it wasn't and they had no record of such a request! (despite the taking 2 weeks to confirm we could have one back in may when we booked) Red flag 3. Luckily as we were staying in the final week before the hotel closed for winter, they did have an accessible room available, so we were moved the room 4004 directly opposite the restaurant.
