Resepsiyon saygısızlıkları
Resepsiyondaki bayan girer girmez çantalarımızı kontrol etti. Yiyecek sokmak yasak dedi. Bunu uyararak yapabilirdi. Sonrasında ödeme istedi, ödemenin hotels üzerinden yapılmış olmasına rağmen. Odaya geldiğimde buzdolabı yoktu. Bana boş odlarının olmadığını, zaten her oda d buzdolabı bulunmadığını söyledi. Çok saygısızdı. Müdürleri ile görüştüm, beyfendi otelin boş olduğunu istersek,başka oda verebileceğini söyledi. Açıkçası resepsiyondaki bir bayanın tavrı sizi geriyor ve tüm otelden soğutuyor. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem, resepsiyonda azar yemek istiyorum derseniz buyrun kalın.

When we checked in there was no water for the first 2,5 hours, so we were not able to even use the toilet. This was not shared during the check in, at reception they don't know 1 word in English, they were not even trying to, on top of that they were rude as hell. Wifi was terrible. Breakfast was goos. Pool is nice, big parking also.

resepsiyon görevlileri o kadar ilgisiz iletişimsizdi ki telefonu kapatırken iyi günler diyorsun cevap vermeden kapatıyorlar yüzünüze. üstüne üstlük kaybettiğim eşyam için oteli aradığımda ilgilenilmedi tekrar aradığımda ise daha sert bir tepkiyle karşılaştım “eşyanız yok burada” diye. ayrıca okuduğum bazı yorumlarda da insanların eşyalarının, paralarının çalındığını gördüm. 304 numaralı odada takılarımın olduğu bir çanta unutmuştum oteli 3 kere aramama rağmen kontrol edilmedi ve odada hiçbir şeyin unutulmadığını temizlenip tekrar satıldığını söylediler bana da çaldıklarından başka düşünecek bir seçenek kalmadı başkaları da kaybolan eşyalarını bulamadığını söylediğine göre kanatlanıp uçacak hali yok eşyalarımızın :)

Otel yol kenarında ve yola bakan odada kaldık. Yol gürültüsü aynen içeride. Yalıtım yok. Klima çok eski ve yatağın tam karşısında . Açsanız donuyor, kapatsanız sıcak oluyor. Neyse sabahı ettik. Kahvaltıya indik. 1 tabak içerisinde kahvaltı tabağı hazırlamışlar. Toplam 8 kişiydik. Garson arkadaş 4 kişilik tabağı getirdi ve self servis kalanı siz gidip ordan alabilirsiniz dedi. 😃. Kalktık almaya gittik bahsettiği ve kahvaltı tabaklarını koydukları büfe de kara sinek dolu. Bize başka 4 tabak verin burada sinek dolu dedik. Yok dedi. Bizde kahvaltı etmeden çıkış yaptık. 1 gece daha kalmayı düşünüyorduk. İptal ettik. Kaldığım en kötü otel burası.
