Hotel Restaurant Baratxartea

We stayed 5 nights, there was 1 bottle of water (0,5L for 2 persons) on the first day, after that none. Towels were not/never changed after they were used and put on the floor. No more soap after 3 days and not replaced. Very unfriendly, superficial, businesslike approach from the host as from day one. Overall first impression, untended (grass/weeds growing near the doorsteps at the entrance and around the hotel & annex hotel). Oldfashioned iron folding chairs on the terrace outside. Lot's of flies inside the room which we caught and gathered under a chair. The only thing that was done from cleaning/householding perspective was : making up the bed (no/never clean sheets) & removing the assembled dead flies we gathered for them. No shower only an oldfashioned bath tub. Unsafe condition. Having serious doubts concerning the reviews written on their website: 9,5/10 ?! I wonder if these persons stayed in the same hotel, or did the establishment wrote their own reviews & posted them ? Positive points : good night rest, nice view + balcony.
