Excellent support and service from Marta. A very comfortable stay. Pity the pool wasn’t open till 11am so we were unable to use it, but great quick stay nevertheless

Good welcome on arrival just gone 3pm but we’re dismayed to find out the hotel no longer served dinner on Sundays and we were too late to eat at lunch service which finished at 4pm despite notices in hotel saying restaurant would be open until 6pm.
Staff did help us order pizza which we collected and ate on covered patio outside.
Unusually for 4 star hotel PowerPoints were lacking making phone charging challenging. Breakfast was basic and all cold as restaurant also shut on Mondays and Tuesdays. News of the seasonal change could have been advised in advance.
Lovely rooms, comfy beds & great views. Bar closed and gym closed to allow for more spa treatments.
Overall we were underwhelmed and would say hotel needs cash injection to keep its rating.

Decepcionante
Regular. El desayuno Bufette súper mal. No desayunamos ahí. Decepcionante que un hotel así no tenga calidad en sus alimentos. El Sevicio en la cena pésimo.
Increíble que en un spa te pidan ponerte gorro para la alberca y el jacuzzi. En mi vida había visto algo igual y ademas que te cobren por usar el jacuzzi y la alberca No recomiendo el hotel.

El hotel está regular, el personal salvo excepciones te atiende bien, pero el desayuno es caro y horroroso y la atención del personal nefasta. No reponían nada, si no hay vasos te fastidias, embutido bocadillero, bollería dura y recalentada.... Nosotros cancelamos el desayuno durante la estancia porque era malísimo

Hemos estado un grupo de 10 amigos haciendo el camino De Santiago en Bicicleta . Teníamos 5 habitaciones para un viernes y una adicional que reservamos directamente con el hotel. Había opciones en booking con cancelación 24h. Dis días antes de llegar avisamos al hotel para cancelar una habitación ya que tuvimos una baja por cuestiones médicas, con ingreso en hospital. A pesar de llamar para avisar. Nos hicieron pagar todas las habitaciones. Además pensaban vender la habitación cancelada a otros clientes, sin reembolso de la misma. Por ese motivo ya que estaba pagada mantuvimos la habitación aunque quedase vacía….. No vamos a volver, pero si alguien piensa en ir que reserve por booking que son más serios

La verdad yo no recomendaría este hotel. Esa es la impresión que me quedó después de visitarlo. Pagas la noche a precio de superlujo y se queda a medio camino entre el quiero y no puedo. Por la zona hay muchísimas otras opciones para poder escoger algo sin dejarte medio sueldo. Probamos el primer día de estancia el desayuno buffet que es aparte del precio de la habitación por el cual nos cobraron 28 euros y deja mucho que desear. Durante toda la estancia les dije que la caja fuerte estaba estropeada y se pasaron la bola unos a otros sin que pudieran solucionar el problema. Mira que tengo visitado hoteles, pazos, casas de campo, campings y este en concreto es el que NUNCA volvería a visitar. Me parece demasiado caro para lo que te ofrecen. Presume de spa que el precio es aparte por el cual te cobran 20 euros a más por persona y es una piscina con dos chorros y un jacuzzi. Sinceramente escogí ese hotel por las opiniones pero no entiendo cómo puede tener tantas valoraciones positivas. Si a la gente le sobra el dinero adelante, sino lo dicho. Yo nunca volveré alli
