Неплохой отель недалеко от центра города. Встречают приветливо, заселяют быстро. В номере чисто, есть минимум всего необходимого, хорошо работает WiFi. В номерах очень тепло. Мебель в хорошем состоянии. А вот интерьер и обстановка в живую смотрятся гораздо проще и скромнее чем на фото. Изголовье кроватей сделано как-то нелепо. Возникает ощущение что чего-то не хватает. В результате - нет ощущения уюта. В целом - неплохой вариант по соотношению цена/качество на 1-2 дня.

Испортили нам свадебную ночь! Персоналу абсолютно плевать на тебя. Бронировал вип номер с балконом. Приезжаю после свадьбы с женой в уже оплаченный номер, а мне говорят что никого номера на меня нет. 20 минут искала и чудо! Нашла! Только номер который я оплатил в ремонте и его не могут дать, дали за эти деньги обычный. На вопрос почему не набрали не уточнили девушка сказала что не дозвонилась один раз и дальше просто забила (цитата её слов). А плевать им на наш праздник настолько, что халаты, стаканы, воду пришлось просить отдельно. В БРАЧНУЮ НОЧЬ! Абсолютно отвратительное отношение от менеджера до админа и управляющего. В конце сказали что мы испачкали полотенце и «конечно же они мне это простят и не будут брать с меня за это штраф». Люди вообще потеряли связь с реальностью, лишь бы по 5к за ночь сдирать. Крайне не советую это место!
