-не знаю из чего соткано и чем постирано постельное белье, но на вторую ночь все тело по бокам в местах соприкосновений с матрасом было в раздражении, пришлось спать в одежде. Жутко колючее!! За всю командировку так и не выспалась. -над дверью весит кондей в номере, но зимой он не работает, соотвественно можно только открыть окно, откуда жутко тянет гречкой с овощами (ее подают на завтрак). -как ранее писали, проблема в душевой со сливом, либо моешься небольшим напором, либо стоишь в луже. -жила на 6 этаже, нужно доехать до 5 этажа, потом по лестнице пешком попадаешь на 6 -в подвале где столовая для завтраков есть ресторан (пришлось там поужинать после позднего прилета) - не рекомендую, ну совсем посредственное место. -в ванной есть полотенцесушитель водяной, но был всегда холодный, никак не регулируется и не включается. -неудобная мелкая раковина как на заправке. -рядом с кроватью нет розеток (только не столе и в стене за тумбой - далеко), свет также у кровати не регулируется (нужно встать, чтоб выключить). Чистота 3/5 (упало мыло с раковины на пол, подняла все в грязи/пыли/волосах) Расположение - в пешей доступности пешеходка (15мин), пятерочка, аптека, передвигались на авто. На завтрак два вида кофе (сухие сливки и молоко), оладьи, яичница, сыр, яйца, каши - можно более менее приемлемо поесть 3 полотенца - для ног, маленькое и большое; халат вафельный (даже не стала примерять, так и остался висеть в ванной). Если вешать табличку об уборке - убирают (застилают кровать , вешают ровно полотенца, докладывают Гель для душа / зубной набор / ватные палочки с дисками). Есть с чем сравнить именно по Саратову. Не знаю почему многие здесь останавливаются. Лучше доплатить 1500 р и жить в другом отеле.

Отель находится в историческом центре города. Красиво оформленные интерьеры являются впечатляющим украшением. Вежливый персонал. В связи с ранним выездом предложили пакет с легким завтраком. Имеется возможность за сравнительно небольшую плату оставить автомашину на охраняемой стоянке во дворе. В номере - чистота и проведена аккуратная уборка.

Все хорошо, только горничные воровливые. Уперли со стола наушники. Разбираться никто не стал. Ладно. Грех на них. Мелочь конечно, но не приятный осадок остался. В остальном все отлично. Матрас слишком мягий

Хорошее расположение, нормальные номера. Рецепция работает медленно, но максимально вежливо и доброжелательно. А вот с завтраками просто беда, для таких цен очень скудный выбор и качество ниже плинтуса.

A good hotel in the center of Saratov. Lots of cafes 2 blocks from the hotel. Comfortable clean rooms, excellent mattresses. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Fast internet! You can leave your car in front of the hotel. In 2 restaurants at the hotel Samovar and PaLermo, hotel guests receive a 10% discount. This time I took a large number. It turned out to be much more spacious, a large shower with hydromassage. Overall better than a standard room. They also put Bohemia beer and water in the refrigerator every day. Measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19: temperature at the entrance, the requirement to maintain social distance, wear a mask, hand sanitizers on the table, girls at the reception in masks.
