I echo other reviewers who stated how perfect this inn is. Not only is it exceptionally clean and comfortable, but it is also very friendly. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the owner Kathleen Smith was very hands on. I encountered her several times during my brief stay and we actually had a lovely chat while I was at breakfast. There are extra touches such as a snack bar where one can pick up items such as house made granola bars, hummus and cheese. In addition extras in the room include flat and sparkling water and local (Vermont) chocolates. The breakfast is fresh with local ingredients and delicious. I will definitely return!

Beautiful rooms elegantly furnished with high-end en-suite bathroom fixtures and towels in a lovely restored old home located downtown in the main shopping area of this very beautiful small college town. Be sure to check out the great front porch overlooking the many interesting shops, restaurants, coffee shops and bars along Broadway Street. A delicious free breakfast is provided in a large elegant dining room overlooking Walton Street. Ten parking places are reserved for Inn guests on Long Alley across Walton Street from the main entrance to the hotel (ring the bell to unlock the entrance). Hotel staff will assist with luggage carts if needed. A two-floor free parking garage is also located a very short block away on Walton Street. The staff was marvelous and Mikayla (guest Concerierge) was very helpful getting us a reservation in a highly popular and very close restaurant (13 Church St) whose Internet site showed as fully booked. My wife and I will definitely return when we next visit.

Absolutely fell in love with this place. We had 24 people in our group and everyone said the same things: Breakfast was incredible. Easily two of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Complimentary snacks were extensive and a wonderful surprise. These little details make the stay even more memorable. Location was perfect for shopping and dinners for our large group. Noone had to get in their cars. The front porch is the perfect place for gathering or relaxing in the afternoon and after dinner. Can't say enough about the service. Every staff member was Absolutely lovely and very helpful! Can't wait to return!

My husband and I just stayed at the Saratoga Arms Hotel this Labor Day Weekend and the hotel is absolutely beautiful, crisp, clean, so comfortable and so welcoming. Their staff reached out to us days prior to checking in to recommend making dinner reservations and even made us reservations at two excellent restaurants nearby. The Owner and Staff were very attentive, friendly and even offered us a very early check-in as soon as we got there which was a bonus. Kathleen is wonderful and makes it feel like you're staying in her beautiful home which we just loved. The very close proximity to all the stores and restaurants was so great because you didn't have to drive everywhere, but yet you're just outside of the hustle and bustle of it which made it an even more perfect location. Had breakfast there this morning and it was fantastic! Highly recommend a stay here.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Saratoga Arms Hotel, a lovely, exceptionally clean and well-appointed Inn. Everything was perfect! The staff was welcoming, courteous and attentive. The room was beyond comfortable and tastefully decorated. Countless personal touches throughout the Inn demonstrate genuine care for the guests. The stately wrap-around front porch offered a great place to socialize with other guests and enjoy a delicious breakfast or evening cocktail. Treat yourself to the warmth and timeless historic charm of Saratoga by staying at the Saratoga Arms Hotel. It's a 10/10 gem!

Located right in the heart of Saratoga Springs, the Saratoga Arms Hotel is a delightful, comfortable inn with historic charm and lots of amenities. The rooms were large, the beds dreamy, and before we arrived, we were asked what extras we wanted. Everything we asked for was in the room. Complimentary waters in the refrigerator, and snacks downstairs gave a generous feel to the Hotel. And Kathleen, the owner, came by our breakfast table to introduce herself, which added to the charm of the visit. Treat yourself to breakfast on the front porch and feel like you belong in this historic town.

A gem on Broadway, walkable everywhere downtown. Family owned and run impeccably. Attentive staff, delicious breakfasts and nothing like relaxing with a drink on the front porch after a day at the track. Would not consider staying anywhere else when in Saratoga.

Facilities were top notch and room comfortable and spotless! Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the porch delicious and special. Location in heart of Saratoga and many fine restaurants within walking distance a major plus. Highly recommended!

This was our 2nd stay at this grand hotel. We were treated royally. All arrangements for Roosevelt bath, reservations for dinner and the races were superbly taken care of by Michaela the hotels concierge, she is thorough and on point. We booked 2025 already. Have fun,you will! Oh! and a plus for me-- women owned,you go girls!
