AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! I wish I could give this hotel 0 stars. They are blaming ******* for being under renovations and listing too many rooms being available saying that ******* listed 45 rooms as available even though they told them they only shad 20 rooms… likely story…. We’ve had our room booked since the beginning of January for July 18-20 and just got a random cancellation today at 9 pm. Instead of working with ******* to cancel the 25 overbooked rooms and calling the affected customers, they are just cancelling ALL rooms booked through a third party for every weekend (and probably weekday), more than doubling the prices and telling people they cannot honor original rates. The woman on the phone also told me that she can’t do anything because she “just answers the phone” as they are a “contactless” check in. She also said there is no management to speak with because of this. We now need to stay 20 miles away from Saratoga for Dave Matthew’s Weekend and change all of our plans and restaurant reservations because of this poorly managed hotel.

I am new to "contactless" arrangements. I had stayed many times at Community Court between 2013 and 2019 so I knew what not to expect. I really appreciateHollie's the new manager's efforts to communicate with me before I checked in as I was beginning to wonder about the place.
She was very reassuring about the construction and safety.

The hotel was ok. They are currently renovating it. So there was building materials everywhere . But will stay again to see the renovations.

BRRRR!!!
Toilet was clogged upon arrival. Heat did not work. 32 degrees outside. No thermostat, no instructions on how to work radiator. Dust on night stands. Smoke detector hanging from ceiling missing battery. Suspicious stain on lounge chair. Thin comforter.
